Greetings, IMG. My name is Albert McKenzie, research lead of the Starfliers.
We have obtained information that within the Coronado System there is a deposit of Copper that has piques our interest. We are currently undergoing a station refit, adding on new research labs and their own teams. Having a steady supply of Copper would certainly help our engineers lay out the electrical framework of our station to accommodate anything we may need in the future.
Right now, we have a handful of ships that are capable of extracting resources. Our pilots have practiced obtaining water from the nearby fields within the Inverness System, however we do not possess the articulate knowledge of how to efficiently use the mining array on these ships.
My request is this, if we are able to land on Pecos within the Coronado System, may our pilots go through a training course that allows us to obtain Copper as a steadier pace? I feel that without any experience, we may destroy what is left of the deposit there rather than carefully extracting the quantities we are after. Please do advise if this is something we can arrange, or if we need to fly to a different location, one perhaps better suited for training.

I am Monroe the current head of the Tau operation of the Independent miners guild. After talking with the Guildmaster we have decided to deny your request. But We will provide the Starfliers with copper or other minerals and as compensation the price will be lowered.

This is most disappointing. Perhaps we shall try to improve these extractor arrays via trial and error. If we do require some other minerals, I will keep a note that you are willing to provide it.
