We've grown a harder skin to working with alien-related materials over the last few years. At this time, the only thing we have going on is an upgrade for our station. One that is not time sensitive, so our availability is open. Aside from the upgrade, no other high-priority investments. You have the Starfliers on board, what do you need?
It would be for the best to assist you in moving along that construction project as it may impede on the administration side of the project. Clears things up.
I received the required materials manifest from one of our envoys from the station. I arranged some expedition couriers and they have delivered fresh specimen to help you finish the module in question in a timely fashion.

Now, regarding the project, we'll be basing the primary development over at the Citadel. I'll not bother you with the paperwork details, but this project will require an NDA, and as per the agreement, we'll lease you a technological copy with modifications to work with your equipment - as we operate on different energy systems entirely.
The memo will come in when the labs are open. Wait a litte as things are tied up behind the scenes.

We're certain. Our own freighters were taken into Earhart by the Velorum and obtained the capacitors we needed. Didn't have a need to mention it as I trust my teams had it covered.
Now that our new development wing has finished construction, we're now formally available for your own project regarding miniature rift-leaping devices. We'll stand by until things are ready to go from your end.

Good... morning? I guess since we're both in Inverness we share the same time cycle. Never thought about that until now.
My message today is to let you know that I have resigned from the Starfliers. All projects and operations, including the role of leadership, has been transferred to someone I have trusted to run things for quite some time. His name is Albert McKenzie, I believe you may already know of them.
I will not get into the reasons, but I feel as this channel used between the Starfliers and Technocracy, it may not be suitable to have it open. Unless you would like to keep it open for me personally, just a notice that I'm no longer connected to the Starfliers. If Albert requires his own secure link, I will advise him to set one up with your affiliates team.
