To the License Directory Office,

We're most appreciative of the forthcoming support we have received from the Empire so far, and preliminary construction on the annex is now underway.
Even more so, we are grateful for the offer of investment - while there is no current liquidity problem, our creditors are understandably a little wary of such an involved and expensive restructuring plan.
Rather than a direct credit subsidy, we would be interested in the possibility of assisted scholarship programs. Our company itself does not have the outreach to proactively locate potential students, and our programs are admittedly out of financial reach for many of them. I'm sure there are many brilliant minds in small-town technical schools with the skills we seek but no way to even find, much less afford a course at our institution.
A program from the Ministry of Education to locate some of those minds and give them the opportunity for a term at our laboratories would be difficult to arrange for us, but a relatively minor effort for a governmental network, and would be a great boon not only to Ionic, but the future of Kusari academia, as well as giving reassurance to our credits in regards to the solidity and backing of the institution.

On behalf of The Core, I am requesting that our ships be allowed to enter the territory of the Empire of Kusari, or traverse it, with Azurite Gas obtained from Omicron Minor and with Xeno Relics excavated from the ruins on Planet Knossos, Omicron Pi. The Core has overtaken major steps in recent times to realign itself with the policies of The Great Houses and we hope that we will be able to fulfill any requests for rare resources that House Kusari may have in the future.

To the most honourable and illustrious Emperor and the Kusari Government:

On behalf of Samura Heavy Industries Resource Acquisition division, I petition for your consideration a request for a new facility located in Kyushu, in quadrant C3.

The purpose of this station, which we propose to name Miyazaki Refinery, will be for Niobium smelting and processing for eventual transportation and sale at Xuanming Trade Centre.

It is our sincere belief that this new venture will not only strengthen and grow Samura Heavy Industries itself, but that it will also serve to boost the materials and ore sector in our beloved Kusari.

As with our existing station in Shikoku, this newly proposed station will abide to the strictest health and safety standards.

As this commercial endeavour will provide employment for several hundred Kusarians in the immediate Kyushu locale we would kindly request a fee waiver as this project aligns with the Kusari state rebuilding efforts.

We humbly submit this request for your review.

My name is Caitlyn Cross, I am the Chairwoman of Orbital Spa and Cruise. I hope you Might Remember me as we have Recently Acquired an Amaterasu Class Liner from our Friends at Samura. Today I am contacting you because we have noticed that even when we have already Acquired the vessel with the Blessing of the Economy, Industry & Finance Minister Ryuu Majima, we have Never Received the Apropriate License for the Registry. To Prevent Tragic Misunderstandings with the Members of the Kuari Law Enforcement and Navy we would like to Correct this Mistake. Therefore we would Like to Apply for Registry Today.

Furthermore, we would Like to also Apply for a General License to Use the C5a "Longhorn" Heavy Frigatte. We have decided to Retire several of our Old Bustard Liners that we have used over the Years for VIP and Valuble Goods Transport. These Specialized Longhorns were Carefully Modified by our Friends at Deep Space Engineering and offer all the luxury that the Old Bustard Liners had but in a More Compact Frame with an Improved Cargo Capacity. We see this ship as a good option for those who have Greater Security Needs than our Regular Customers. For this, We would Like to use the Longhorn. And while we dont Manufacture these Ships we have Plans to acquire more of these vessels. Therefore we would Like to ask for a General License for the Longhorn. We also opened our Recently Established License Registry So you always have an insight into all the Licenses that Orbital currently holds for our ships in the Houses of Sirius.
