[Server Config] AI rephacks don't set AI IFF at the moment

Type: Server Config (I think)
Bug: The AI IFF is not there in the repsheet. Maybe it was forgotten to bind it to the ID?

Reproduction Steps:

• Step 1 Be an AI
  
• Step 2 Make sure you have the ID
  
• Step 3 Check in repsheet
  
• Step 4 Notice there is no AI IFF
