When I asked Del, he said changing the HUD colours were allowed, but other mods weren't, because of unfair advantages that could be gained by changing things. But what I'm asking in particular here, is since the mini razor/magma hammer graphics are near identical, would something this small be allowed?

That's why my example was the SkyBlast B and Disinfector 3. Different sizes. Since these two you talk of exchanging are pretty much the same in projectile size it should be fine.
Sorry, modding gun textures isn't allowed and is considered modding. The ability to give, for example, the Tizona del Cids some form of firing texture was banned a long time ago. This would fall under the same category. Sorry.
As I recall it causes server lag or some such, too (that from Hoodlum). Frankly, I can't see it mattering too much, but the Admins have their reasons, and we should abide by them.

Well, we have our reasons, not that hard to explain really. Think about it, if you could for instance mod... I don't know, make a Mini-razor have the same texture as an Order MK2 Battleship turret, that would become a huge unfair advantage because it would be easier to aim and fire with it. Same with the Tizona's, the things are invisible, adding texture to them would make them easier to aim in the first place. And plus, as Eppy said it could cause lag on the server as the data doesn't match up, and we have our ways of checking...
