A zoner witness is reporting them to the zoner council apparently though.

We tried telling them its a ceasefire zone and that corsairs are employed to protect the planet and that by attacking me they're attacking zoners... no response, kindof annoys me people like that

Yeah it would seem odd that it could catch up. If you accidently group invited him while scanning he may have accepted it that joined formation. If he did I'd say that was low.

anyway back to topic The BHG cap spam has been like this for awhile... just dock on a base and they cant get you..hehe

Ive had enough of disco for now. I might be back at the next mod release.

No, no. We weren't grouped. There was one guy (the bomber) constantly chasing me. He was the one I couldn't shake (because he flew as fast as I did). The other guy (the battlecruiser) I could evade and leave behind. My problem is that the one I couldn't (the bomber) served as a hook to the battlecruiser. If the guy wasn't there, I would have evaded the battlecruiser just fine, but since he was there, the cruiser kept catching up with me. Capiche?

Well, after some 50k of chasing (30k in Omega-3 plus 20k in Omega-5) I finally reached Cadiz. But I have to tell you, those were some very "not fun" 50k. And 50k is already a long way when you're in cruise, imagine that being constantly disrupted by the ship that's catching up.

had i lost a lot and it weren't so hard to gain evidence for I could have reported that the cruiser cruised to catch up...

but i'd rather inform afterwards than report - a lot of people don't know the rule...

This isn't a trial... just annoyed at them (who shall remain nameless) and venting some steam!

Im really getting stuffed of (usually)Indie BHs in Battlecruiser, killing any unlawfuls, disprespecting all laws, limiting language to STOP, ENGAGE and HI.As KNF or Zoner... I always have problems with them... best is, when you tell them to leave or stop shooting, they usually turn and shoot you intead.

I buy things I don't want to make an impression on people I don't like.

Understood bomber kept on you and the Cruiser who was in formation was able to keep up.
Aside from the unecessary power of a Cruiser and a bomber against a lone Titan, it is a fine tactic I believe. Cruiser was cunning enough to bring a smaller escort. Sorry. But it is bad forn with the cruiser though.

Well, as much as I appreciate the support, guys (and I sure do), I'd really like to see someone answer my original question.:D

That way I can decide what to do should this happen again, if I file in a report or don't even bother. If it's the latter, it kinda sucks because it condones people ganking others.

Can I have the same cruise engine he has that enables his ship to fly at 420? That would prevent a lot of grievances on my part. I promise.

Than it sounds like a Speed Modder after eliminating the other possibilities, something that definetely should be addresed as Modders are no-go. Maybe the Admins can check the files.
