Chopper, you are exaggerating things greatly, including numbers of Keepers in Alpha, I can't remember when was the last time it was five really. Hessians that were in Alpha, suspicious they were of course but had no problem with us. It's local customs and people adhere to them.
Now understand that I try to change views onto Nomads here and expand Nomads storyline into new opportunities. As a result making them more playable and less being targets for mere PvP practice as some of you tend to make of them without anything else, I apologize if pointing out was obvious enough. You can hold on to old times, but inevitably the future comes. There are more benefits in this than playing supposedly villians only to be kept getting ganked by faction groups and otherwise PvP bandwagons. There is a need for changes to come, otherwise I don't see much of a point in continuation of nomad's existence as playable entities.
Don't blame Outcasts, blame me if you want. It seems you are too jumpy to blame someone, truth to be told: everyone is to blame and nobody is to blame at the very same time. Besides, do I need to mention Harvesters?
The possibilities that come from this are limited only by ones imagination; (and by the admins allowing certain things to take their course)
he future? as Treewyrm said, its an unknown - there are a whole lot of doors that can be opened from this that we might not have even considered before

Why blaim anyone? It's roleplay that led up to the point where we are now and it's roleplay that's going to eventually break it (Provided that the outcasts learn of the plans that the "special intrest group" from beyond Omicron 90 has in store for them)
And even though this horse has been throughly beaten, i would like to add that the relationship the harvesters has with the corsairs is the same damn thing... Hell, it's even worse \ better seeming how you are ALLIES. Wouldn't a Gaian question why a souless machine is allied with the corsairs? Yes, the Gaian would.

Treewyrm, if you carefully read my post you'd see that I didn't flame or attack anyone.
I blamed OC's simply for the 'unclear' situation that can occur. In my opinion, they shouldn't let you so close to Malta.
I was just asking if they are aware of possible consequences, that's all.
I was also asking, only out of pure interest, how would they act if a bunch of Hessians attacked a Keeper while they are in Alpha on a business trip.
I do not mind your alliance/friendship, I just mind that no one seems to pay attention to it.
Dragons should have abandoned you long time ago, and that Keeper-OC thing should have been the final drop.

Weird.. Which faction is he in? Being a Hacker isn't a nationality, it's a job.
If he's carrying a 101st tag and OC ID - he's not a hacker, he can only be an ex-hacker.
Again, folks, I'm not trying to flame here, I even consider my posts as something constructive which faction leaders can read and maybe make something interesting out of it.
I'm just stating that it makes very little to no sense at all for some factions to put up with it.
And I never stated I'v seen 5 keepers in Alpha at once, but yeah, I'v seen 5 different Keepers in alpha.
Telchine and your BS being the most usual, of course.
Now, to summarize, here's the short and plain question.
How would the OC's react if Hessians (example, it can be any other ally) attacked a Keeper in Alpha.
Would they choose to ignore and so hide their friendship?
Or would they rather save their spirit by stopping the Hessians?
That's the point.
EDIT :

You are very right here, though you had a better example in front of you.
How would the CR, machine haters, react? They are hostile to Harvesters.
I don't know how it works with the Corsairs, and I am personally not very fond of it either.
I don't like them being around me at all. That is a question that needs to be asked as well, but not here.

You used the word 'blame'. That in and of itself constitutes an attack.
Besides, who cares? Come what may. Roleplay started this, Roleplay will end it. If the Hessians get slagged in the process, that's part of the game too, yes?

First off, the Harvesters and the Corsairs ARE NOT ALLIED, but the Harveys and the OPG are. That being said, I dont want to blame anyine for anything haveing to do with the OC/Nomie stuff, it is a part of our little universe and it is now the job of the rest of us to figure out how to deal with it "In an RP manner" as we corsairs have had to do. What I don't want to hear is how there should be no change in relations with the OC by other grous just because they are not control of the RP, that doesnt really matter to me, because it doesnt change a thing about the RP being done in game.

er... buh?
Gaians are concerned about the environment, and one little part of it at that - added to that, corsairs are pretty soulless anyway...;)
But either way - RP it is...:)I think the core issue for many who dont know though is that the nomads are an established NPC faction with established vanilla diplomacy, which sets them as hostile to everyone. Whereas you cant apply the same standards to the Harvesters. Those from the outside looking in, are going to see the outcast/nomad thing in a completly different light to the corsairs and harvesters.
(i dont even know the extent of THAT relationship myself)
However, its inconsequential - This has been formed in RP, and should be answered in RP - im happy to let this go where it will, its certainly made things interesting:)
