http://signavatar.com/15890_s.gif First: You've got a picture in there that's 800x286 pixels. The maximum signature size is 700x250.
Second: Your other picture in the rotation fills the full 700x250 boundaries by itself.
With an image that big, you can't fit any text below it. Please fix this.

In an insane world.
What did they say when engaging you, what were they RPing? I think a Merc can be neutreal to OC in gengeral, but still hunt an individual in any faction or join a pvp on any side. Isnt that what being a merc is all about?

Well basically once merc kills one Outcast, it's enemy of whole faction, unless the bounty was raised by Outcasts themself... The point is that for RP you should make sure that when you engage someone just outside his base, the base will attack you, no matter what faction is it, no matter if lawfull/unlawfull.
I buy things I don't want to make an impression on people I don't like.

Yes its OORP. Anyone who did it or does it. Please dont.

Read what Elvin wrote. Let's me give a practical example: If a mercenary kills an Outcasts (doesn't matter who), the rest of us will hunt down and kill that merc, regardless of his neutrality. We, Outcasts are family. If you want to become our enemy, killing one of us is an excellent way to do so.
