My point was not to make it totally Rp ship, it still needs to have a practical use or no one will use it. Mining and handing the goods off to trains for cross-serius operation is good, no usefulness is not.
I might add if you are planning to use it for mining, add like 10 x lvl 1 or 2 turrets.

I have succesfully finished writing the INI's. I now need suggestions as to where it should be sold.
Also, I have turned the mass on this Waaaaayy up. Therefore, it takes time to start moving. It takes time to stop it moving. If you get hit by something, you'll float for 5k before you can stop it.
It has NO thruster and is limited to 50 impulse speed.
Cruise takes 59 seconds to charge up.
There is NO strafing at all.
You CANNOT use tradelanes.
You CANNOT enter ANY asteroid field.
YOU CANNOT LAND AT ANY PLANET. This is a big one. When you try and take off, you will instantly die. This is a base only ship. But think about it... would it be able to land on a planet anyway?
It has 2 cruiser turrets, 2 Battleship turrets and a cruiser shield. However, the turrets only can hit something that hovers in front of you and slightly to the right.... You can sit behind this and SN it to kingdom come.
no asteroids fields AT ALL? I thought the idea was that it was involved with mining?

The planet idea should be changed. Transports do not land, they moor on the mooring point.
The video showing them landing is an error, in vanilla fl you were never supposed to fly a large ship, or use a mooring point. These cutscenes should be ignored.
They should be able to moor on planets, it makes more sense than mooring on a tiny station.
My thoughts: Makes a wonderful smuggling ship/long-haul freighter. Have a few dozen CSVs/Armored Transports around to offload cargo.

And the idea was to sit on the edge and have smaller ships bring it to you, or you can shoot rocks from the edge.
OR, if you're insane, you can fly whereever you want.
Its very slow, only fires forward but has sufficient firepower to handle cheecky VHF's.
It will definitely need escorts for any other attack angle.
This Beast will not be fun for a solo player, but it will be AWESOME as a strategic objective!
Once you buy it, docking will be a surgical excercise (as is to be expected). You cannot let this thing die. It will basically mean starting from scratch.
