I remember a time when traders used to use O-52 as a shortcut, since it's a Zoner guard base, at the moment, and if you were green with the Zoners, you could pass through. Little do people know, it's actually the SCRA guard system. If you entered, we'd warn you, and if you didn't leave, we'd blow the hell out of you.

The ingame description of the base doesn't help either:

this station is a peaceful freeport and a transitionary point for Corsairs heading from Cadiz to Omega-49.
