I've kept an eye on forums but have been out of play for about a day and a half. I am finishing the website and have a ton of graphics and coding to tidy up-- and of course real life continues to conspires to try to frell my play time.
Well I have the mivonks for it and the lobes for acquisition as well! So I am spending the day putting up content and it should be complete. We will have a forum, chat rooms, trade maps (though delayed a bit for update), shared combat, trade and specialty ships and after the site is ready, the first session of the Junker Congress (as in "voting"). I will also add our recruitment page and official faction post here afterwards. For those curious on the domain name choice, tinked is "Farscaper" for crazy or psycho.
For those who are curious, have spare time and no life, you can periodically check one of two repositories to see my constantly interrupted at home work:
I do keep an eye on the online player page and appreciate those of you taking members under your wings. Kudos Congressmen and thanks for your patience in these trying times;)

Arbiter,
I have presently found myself in a similar situations. You never quite know what life will through your way. I have found my ship in need of some unexpected repairs. I have also decided to look upon this as an opportunity to make some upgrades and keep us ahead of those who would harm my crew. At any rate, my crew has taken the Crow's Nest to Vieques for some repair work. I will be somewhat scarce for about two days. I will remain at Yanagi with my collector prepped for combat should an emergency present itself. Otherwise, I won't be spending much time in space until Saturday.

//With the new mod coming out, we aren't in a massive hurry to develop "giant plans". It is a good time to trade some scratch up and tidy house. I'd grab those guard reps now if you are planning on any--they might be a tweak harder I the mod update.
I also will be contacting everyone about character details, medals earned, recruits, etc. Watch for the site first--then that.
I know how things can go with ships! The Oneiropolis has been undergoing some maintenance at Kreuzberg after the previous Wild encounter. Can't be too careful in such matters.
I, too, am currently at Vieques. I am overseeing the upgrading of the Alexandros with additional armor plating for future defense activities. My adjunct, Mr Michael Alexandros seems to be doing a fine job with activities at Yanagi it would seem. Many of you all have, as well, of course! Keep up the good work.
From: Hannibal Bishop, Captain of the Caveat Emptor Location: Yanagi Depot
Conflicts are escalating as of late.
My craft was badly wounded in an encounter with the Wilde Scorpion-class gunboat almost a week ago. I lost my two ships' engineers, whose work in their final moments allowed the Caveat Emptor to escape total destruction. She was towed to base as a derelict and hastily patched by our teams of elite shipwrights and on-station engineers.
I have since brought my original 'Nomad Hunter' implanted subroutines back online and will be fully ready for the next encounter. We will not only be rid of the scum, we'll have a captive living sample to use as a bargaining chip if anyone's willing.
But this report is written chiefly about a threat more immediate than the Wilde or Nomads. A greater infection with more direct consequence to our operations in Sigma-13.
I talk, of course, about the rogue Bounty Hunter battlecruiser flotilla. Captained by trigger-happy ignoramuses with delusions of good deeds and too many credits for their own good, they have as of late posed a tremendous liability to our operation. Not to mention the operations of many of those that would use our station as a waypoint.
I bring to light offenses I encountered simply today, on my rare patrols between prisoner interrogation and ship maintenance duties. All perpetrated by Bounty Hunter Battlecruisers. There's just something about the ship class that attracts those that crave a short lifespan.
Baltukin:
- Witnessed firing indirectly at our station, in his unsuccessful attempt to take down a solitary {SOB} Sabre.
- Witnessed shooting down Junker CSV patrols.
Verdict: I vote for persona non grata status. When sighted near our beloved station, kindly remove him.
DeathStalker: (already known to us. Adding another offense.)
- Guilty of murder. When confronted about the Junker escape pods he'd tractored in after shooting their ships, he spaced and shot them to ditch the evidence.
Verdict: Nothing has changed. Add him to the hulks we're salvaging.
Reapster:
- Guilty of kidnapping. He'd taken Junker hostages when he was pursued to Helgoland station, where he forced a hasty moor and locked himself in the station's shielding. The fate of our brothers is unknown but hopefully our sympathizers aboard have taken them in.
Verdict: Again, I vote for persona non grata status.
Amaranth:
- No offenses perpetrated. Simply warned me in an encounter above Planet Hamburg (I turned in some salvage and used the proceeds to pay some... outstanding fines with the RFP.) that he'd gun me down if I was reported doing anything illegal.
- Demanded to know my personal IMG connections regarding my choice of ship. I pointed out that he is apparently a double-agent with the Order, considering his weaponry. I would not divulge any information to such an obvious spy. He had no response.
Verdict: Keep a close eye on this one. He has yet to cross the line, but is clearly toeing it.
The response to today's threat was both satisfactory and highly amusing. I look forward to further displays of business might.

-Begin Transmission-
Congress, I send this message because I have heard that the congress does not permit it's members to be caught smuggling contraband. I assume the reasoning here is that it saves face for the congress itself, but your reasons are your own.
Today, we caught one of your congress members moving cardamine through Order space - both through Omicron 100 and Omicron Minor. Unfortunately, we had to inflict severe damage on the ship before it obliged our demands and dropped it's cargo, which was subsequently destroyed. Afterwards, the pilot reluctantly left Order space.
Scanner Recordings:
I'll leave you to deal with your members in whatever way you see fit. However, if this or any other pilot from the congress are caught smuggling in Order space again, the punishment will be death, not just a slap on the wrist and destruction of cargo. We will not tolerate those who pollute humanity with that drug.
It is sad to hear of such an incident. The Order does us all a service in holding back those rather unbusinesslike Nomads and their destructive ways. I am sure things will be addressed though.

Re: Territorial Infraction
Dear Sir...
Why we don't endorse any smuggling of contraband at all! (//anything else is ooc for non-members) and I am shocked that one of our Congressmen would be so foolish. We are a citizen-soldier organization and unfortunately some of our "citizens" are not as understanding of discipline as others.
Any lawful enforcement of official territory is totally appropriate to us and of course smugglers who are caught--with real evidence as you appear to have provided here--may be dealt with appropriately. I am somewhat surprised the Order is now seeing itself as an extension of Liberty law enforcement but the damage is minimal as this is a private channel of the Congress. I myself would be even more discrete were I to note an Order infraction--say such as one of their vessels docking Rochester. Fortunately we have never had to announce such an event.
I find this sort of arrangement much more suitable. Be assured the Junkers are understanding of the Order's precarious situation and if the day arrives where the Hogosha--who I believe engage in a quite organized bit of smuggling themselves--are no longer in your house, we might become even more open and useful to one another.
One thing we do strongly share in common is a complete distrust of the Nomads and their minions the Wilde. I believe that takes precedence over other matters.
