Absolutly stupid antitraderish idea. Good only for bomber owners with SN/inferno or SN/mini or mini/mini combinations which have anticap or antifighter PVP setup and wanna do pirating in free time...
If you want do piracy, setup your ship with with pirate equipment . Train disruptor is basic!!! than decide what style you like ... fast pew pew fight? Or slower funny fight?

TCD -> blabling in chat -> SN -> wait till you get enough energy for another SN... in middle of waiting another TCD -> SN and trader is blown everywhere around you (if not, he have armor upgrade... dont wait for next SN if he have less than 1/4 of HP... use your codies).
FISHY bomber
If you like slower but more funny style (or you are HC RPyer and use only equipment from your fraction no matter statistcis)... equip your bomber with SN/TCD and fast refire weapons (smallest energy drain if possible) You will bite your target like small fish until you eat him.
(If you arent phenomenal aimer... your chance to survive 1 vs 1 fight with another fighter is only if you use your SN to blast his shield and than blow him with nukes or nuke spam for shield and SN for hull).

If want be more than pirate... for example your guild do some events or you are good in aiming with SN and you are tough enough to face more than 1 fighters this setup is pure badass!

Benefit of this setup is you high chance for survive in 1 vs 1 or maybe 1 vs ??? if you are goood enough + (giant plus) you are nice suport for your guild mates in bigger fights.
Why have this setup good chance to survive fighter - fighter fight? Because your debies play same role as mini in pvp "semi anticap/fighter" setup. Few blasts kill oponent's shiled and you have clear way to use SN or nukes to kill him. Small ol none energy drain is what your SN baby in pvp need:)Those biiiiig yellow balls called debie blasts are huge enoug to blind your oponent if he isnt smart enough and play with you somthing like knight fight (you know 2 horses from oposite directions, better aiming with spear won). Pew Pew he is blind and without shields... he is stupid and stil in same direction... probably wanna use nukes BUT i have SN buuuuuuuuum he is death. If he is smart enough to strafe, keep his shields down and spam him with nukes.
I know there are better setups for PVP fights but you want do piracy and thats are setups for piracy and maybe selfdefense.
Ignoring what seems to be lots of..rambling? above, the idea has merit.
But it has lots of flaws too.
How will the Outcasts and Corsairs survive without their tradelanes I don't know, since energy/shield etc is all carried over with you to the next system. You'll get halfway across the system and have to stop for a good while. Though it would be quicker to log out, wait the 30 seconds and log back in again to get full shield/energy etc than to simply wait it out. (Since it would need to take a good lot longer than 30 seconds to recharge to be of use)
I personally do not like it as it will make it difficult or annoying for anyone who does not always use tradelanes.
Would it really kill your cruise engines when you run out? That would make what I had in mind unfeasible... since then you'd either have to have a low drain so you could get places (doesn't hinder cruise->reengage, so useless) or a high drain (forces you to make several hops across a system.)
If engaging cruise zeros your <<<<WEAPON ENERGY>>>> but does not at any point take you out of cruise, I still think it's a good idea.
