Comrades, our recent victories have been glorious, and our ranks stronger than ever. Now, with the issue of recent instructions over the private channels, there is to be somewhat of a cleanup. Any who do not comply with the given instrutions are to be arrested for treason, with a likely penalty of death. Should you be true to the cause, you have nothing to fear! But you day-trippers and sabetours, prepare to meet your maker...
Any questions regarding the most recent instructions, contact me over private comms. The time has come.

Comrades, I am proud to annouce that the following pilots are promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander: Andrei Zehn, and Karol Olsav. Both of these pilots have shown dedication and skill in the name of the Coalition.
Also, I am less proud to annouce that Lieutenant Commander Andrei Zehn is leaving Gold Squadron for Red, sue to his excellent piloting skills, and terrible attitude.
All pilots, be prepared to changover to new IFF transponders and ships within the next 75 days. Progress on new capital ships and snubfighters is progressing well...
That is all. For the Coalition, Al-Rashid out. Transmission Ended

It is with great pride I accept this commission sir. I have dedicated my life to our cause and it is good to feel the weight of responsibility on my shoulders. I will continue with my propaganda efforts within Rheinland, and have had some success bringing more open minds toward our congress.
I also congratulate Comrade Zeihn on his appointment.
With great anticipation I look forward to the day that Sirius shall come out from under the decaying fist of the Alliance, and hope that with mine, and Comrade Zeihn commissions we can hasten the conversion, by violence if necessary, of our enemies.
For the Revolution, may the Motherland prevail!

I'll accept the post, not that it'll make much difference. Aslong as I get to fly and show this pitiful place what a real pilot is, I don't give a damn. Put me with whoever you want, if they get in my way they'll just be another body for the pile.
Oh, and save what little of your pride you have for someone who gives a f***... Sir.

Comrades, I wish to report two incursions into Omega 52 this afternoon.
The first was an unusal incident. Scanners indicated a vessel had penetrated the station's defenses. It was an unmanned and automated drone and although the software was sufficient to render the ship operational, it appears that the programming was antiquated and rudimentary at best.
The craft was followed as it set a course to exit our space, however when it altered course and continued farther into our zone, I received an order to disable the craft.
After several salvoes, I brought the ship to a standstill. I boarded, located the recorder and transmitter and set charges.
A little later, a trade vessel under the call-sign "Explorer" entered the system. The pilot was a civilian. He was keen to hear details of Revolutionary theory and the continuing struggle of the proletariat.
I uploaded Das Kapital to his network and escorted him to a neighbouring system.

Comrades, although my legs are broken, I bring great news! Commodore O'Jovem, Lt. Commander Zehn and I ventured through Rheinland and Liberty, carving a swathe through the Capitalists and Pirates alike. I have confirmed kills on a battlecruiser, gunboat, and two fighters, Zehn has two fighters, and the Commodore has a gunboat.
Unfortunatly, I was forced to eject after a swarm of Libertonians shredded our guns, and another battlecruiser laid in with the missles. Fortunatly, Zehn got a tractor onto my pod as he pulled out, and aside from the broken legs, I'm good to go. I think I'll recuperate by getting drunk on Cape Verde.

Well Comrades, we again ravaged the forces of chaos, corruption, and capitalism today, in that order. First, an extrememly large Zoner-style vessel, piloted by some bleater called "Yoda" or somesuch, felt the need to insult the Coalition, and us personally. He was shredded by Commodore O'Jovem, that young pup Zehn, and of course, myself, with me taking the killing shot.
Following that little action, we engaged two Bounty Hunter gunships about 8km from planet New Berlin. The first one, mounting nothing but missles, managed to take off all but my supernova, but both were still completely vanquished. Spotting a larger Hunter Battlecruiser, we moved in for the kill, but the bugger somehow managed to jam his ship onto a station half his size.... Suspicious.
In any case, I'm taking the next week off, to ensure my ship is re-equipped the way I like it, and to check on the development of the new Coalition class of fighters. I should return to duty in 8 days or so.

Comrades, one of our own is trapped on the BPA Prison Newgate, behind enemy lines, and guarded by hordes of monarchist scum. We have the capabilities to rescue him, and we will!
Commodore O'Jovem will command the attack, in his flagship, the CPW Havana. All avaliable members of the fighter corps will run support and protection, and Major Bigeard's Marines will make the extraction. The CPW Karl Mark will be standing by in Omega-52, to provide heavy support if things go ugly. I will also be standing by in the CPW Popular Front, but I'll not be entering the fight, unless the issues with my weapons systems are resolved in time for the operation.
We estimate that we can perform a casualty-free operation, provided everyone follows their orders to the letter, and adapts as needed once the battle begins. Remember, follow your commanders, they've been doing this for a long time, and they're very good at it.

It appears that Lt. Commander Yue Fei was contacted mentally by the alien species known as the Nomads. In a failed attempt to remotely dominate her, the pilot temporarily blacked out, having resisted the alien's psychic assault. We followed Procedure 17, Captain Richthofen and his marines successfully detained her, after she had managed to activate her autopilot as she lost consciousness.
She bravely and resolutely went into custody, accepting scans and tests dutifully. Scans quickly proved negative, showing no physical infection, our databases showing that this means she is free from any lasting effects.
On Captain Richthofen's suggestion, I have ordered our psychiatric medical experts to monitor her for some time, in case of any damage to her psyche from this attack. I believe, though, that she has the fortitude to weather this.
Furthermore, for displaying immense willpower throughout, managing to follow her orders to the letter in spite of extremely adverse conditions, I shall be presenting Lt. Commander Fei with the Golden Halo decoration, which is reserved for great heroism.

For the heroic rescue of a Coalition sympathetic individual from large numbers of Liberty Police Incorporated, Liberty Navy and Liberty Security Force operatives, Lieutenant Commander Yue Fei is to be awarded the Golden Halo decoration.
Such selflessness and cool under fire is highly regarded in the Coalition, and rightly so!

Comrades, I took it upon myself to visit Bretonian space in advance of our impending mission to Newgate to free one or our own. I have uploaded several pictures from my guncam on various problem areas as I see it, and hope they will be of help to High Command.
Natalia and I took off from Verde and made our way through Cambridge system. After evading the [WT] patrols, who seem to be popping up with increasing regularity, I made my way past the Battleship Norfolk, as shown below firing on my ship.
After dodging fire, I made my way to Cardiff and from their to the New London Jumpgate. I spied out this route to check defenses in New London on my way through to Manchester. I can say that at least this sortie saw absolutely no interference from authorities except for some police and military recruits (//NPCs).
I made my way to Manchester, and followed the patrol paths to Newgate Prison. The prison is located in the "southern" half of the system, as shown on the map below.
On approach to Newgate, it was immediately clear that the prison was surrounded by a minefield, but the thread was not readily apparent until I flew my Taiidan closer. It seems that the minefield is dense enough to counter any ship from coming at the prison from all angles bar a small corridor approached from straight "north" in regards to the system's sun. The minefield in a wide-angle view and a closeup of the corridor are shown below.
At this point I gathered all photo evidence I needed, and made my way back to Verde. But on egress, I took an all jumphole route to scout out possible escape plans. The longest part of the journey will be the 65k out of Manchester system. Otherwise, a jump to Leeds, then Cambridge, Omega3, Omega5, and then back to Omega52 allows a quick withdrawal after the commandos are successful.
I made it back to Verde, but lost my CM dropper when a Bretonian Destroyer patrol caught me unawares at Cardiff and quickly took down my shields before I could react. I did manage to destroy the patrol, and deposited the Cruiser Commander on the first transport back to Canaria.
