One way jumpholes, no stations to dock in. When you die in the system, you are back in your normal system station. No chance for traders to abuse it. Not that hard to do. Simple solution.

On another note, suggest Connecticut as a prison for Pvp abusers, where they can't leave until they get the chuck norris award... could make em so bored of fighting... especially if no-one goes in there. could have all the pvp abusers locked inside, and unable to buy bats/bots heheheh

Did I forget to mention CD-firing weapon platforms? Hostile to everyone, fires CDs. Have them spaced between the jump holes and outside the fighting zones.

That... is a good idea. If we have jump holes next to stars, that solves the Auto-cruise and we wouldn't need CDs.

In regards to moving the Conneticut JH:
I'd suggest an IW like Kelper, Gallieo, Bering, Hudson, Magellan or Cortez. All of those systems are pretty much neutral. Personally I'd suggest putting it in Bering or Hudson, that way Rhienland won't have to fly through Liberty to get there, and the outcasts and corsairs are pretty close too. Only Gallia would have a long flight to reach there, really.
However I still stand that we should not waste time on conneticut. This is an RP server, and there is no reason to make non-rp PVP easier for everyone. The time would be better spent developing the RP aspects of the game.
