When I was playing as the Order leader, there were bazillions of problems in means of RP with Corsairs like Corsairs helping Order Rebel players, hosting them, openly protecting them and going as far as killing Order ships to protecting them.
Also denying any rules set in Order space by "So what" policy.
There are lots of RP reasons for each group to seperate their ways.
However calling a rule no 5 is kinda weird. If that is the spirit of good playership, I guess I should have done that 10 times for Alaska - Minor abusers, all threatening me for any kinda Corsair - Order dialogue in a non RP and Non-in game way.
I guess there are much better ways to resolve it in a game.
Does that means no more shared technology between those two factions?
I don't see a reason for hostility because Corsairs already have enough enemies.I think hostility is bad idea for both factions.

That is unfortunate, it will be inevitable.
Although, I suggest to keep our relations as completely neutral, because the reason about indies lurking in Gamma or something alike shouldn't be a cusp to start war. I watched TCG lurking in Gamma today, it was not amusing. But this is not only corsairs' problem, but Order| is responsible either. Just to conclude we don't have enough reasons to start war.
Let me give one example:
Corsairs and Order becomes enemies.
Let's say Corsair and Order gunboat are fighting in O.Gamma.
Then Falcata and Nomad assasin appears and they attack one of them.
So if it comes to a hostility Outcasts could have much better chances to beat Corsairs and Nomads to do the same to The Order.
So hostility doesn't even make any sense.

Why would an Order Gunboat be in Gamma in the first place?
Also, i think at the very least we should have some proper clarificationon the diplomatic stance from the side of the Order, as the latest indie Order Osiris to be found in Gamma was adamant that we were still allies, and was shocked (for lack of a better word) when i told him to leave.
