I always thought the Gaians should be in Stuttgart. I'm glad that's done. I always wondered what they thought of Rheinland situation. Stuttgart is one of the greatest worlds in Sirius and it's being terraformed.
so I recently started exploring Coronado. I must say you're all doing a wonderful job.
so I recently started exploring Koeln. I must say you're all doing an amazing job.
some time ago I explored Rousillon. Impressive. Particularly the music on the planet that was a nice surprise.
so I recently started exploring Omega-55. LOL... NOMADS. LOTS AND LOTS OF NOMADS. SHOOTING THINGS. I GOT THE HELL OUT OF THERE. (and I was thinking, jeez I can't remember what that one was from the news. I hope I don't run into a nomad system)
recently started exploring Omega-41. what did you guys do to the star? that new effect there, that's impressive.
' Wrote:So they should go blow the Corsairs for trying to terraform Crete?
Tongue firmly in cheek of course

Always wondered why eco-terrorists would only be concerned with one planet.
Hell the Gaians should be able to range anywhere where mining or terraforming takes place.
Well that might explain why they have issues with mollys for example, not to mention any other miners they come across in their new expanded ZoI for example.
So, the little factions which RP was built on dependent on the bigger faction after having it's arss even more kicked suddenly drops any dependent on anyone and expand multiple times instead.
Not exactly , the corsair empire still supports the underloch ,
in fact diplomacy got even warmer , and that could be seen as a explanation for the gaians to expand in its self
One of my regrets back when I was running the NLH & to a lesser extent when I began rebooting it into the 'loch, was that I dropped the ball in declaring financial independence from the sairs & attempting to RP it out w/ 'em. I just kept either not having the time, or alternatively, the drive. Originally, the idea was in essence, to fly to crete w/ a delegation of NLH gaians, meet w/ the elders & formally tell 'em "thanks for the assist, but we don't need you anymore." & from that try to rebuild a neutral relationship where the gaians could begin to stand on equal ground diplomatically.
In my head, I thought it would be a good compromise between my desire to evolve the faction as I saw fit without interfering too much w/ the people who preferred to play as vanilla Gaian pirate-types.
I think delegation from malta and crete should meet first coz in my head I see it fits everything and sign a peace and also to make a spain house so we all can go kick ass with kraken titans and tizona sabres all along.

Anyhoo, personally, I totally understand the logic of the Gaul NAP but IC, it completely enrages every gaian character I play. The Lewis invasion is like a Gaian Pearl Harbor & so far, because I loathe the idea of the faction becoming further in the debt of larger factions with more firepower, (i.e. the sairs) I'm at a loss as to how the gaians can fight the gauls & ultimately survive short of acts of sabotage through shadow dealings with the council & maquis...I just don't know how to make that sort of thing work ::shrug::
That's only because your Gaians aren't subtle with their anger and explosions. :P

There's definitely a rumor or rumors on Holmfirth (and maybe Skye?) about Gaians and Stuttgart.
