No. F3 is heavy battleship's only defense against bombers.
Thank you again, Devs!
I dont think this is "being nice"... Its a greiving topic, i mean really.

Funny, it seems like that's the only defense of a Solaris dread too.

Nobody inRP would let people go, but then again, the entire fairplay book also goes out the window if we take this serious RP. Serious RP yes? Then, as my character, I don't want to die and will do everything possible to evade, even if that means delaying for all that time. No help came, but there was the chance it would have. At the point of no return, its time to cut the losses and dump the ship shortly after ejecting to a fast escape route. The whole fairplay thing works both sides, it's fairplay against hardcore roleplay. The time a QCP spends ruining the day of anything in Kusari is time well spent. They're there to cause a mess.
Also, at first I thought I could make it back to Hokkiado rather than Tau 23, but when I reached the planet that failed, thats why I didnt bother going that way.
That whole pissed thing in my first post here is a case of "didn't see what I did there". Numbers don't equal fair fights, how many bombers did you have? Also take a look at gunboats in that situation, deadweights dropping without the ability to do much damage.
Final numbers arn't present during the entire combat. The whole ganking thing with this wasnt exactly a huge issue during the middle of the fight, the gunboats basically popped during the middle without doing much aside from time delaying. You're also missing some numbers from your side.
Amy was shooting with us but then turned around for the other half. I see that as 8 maybe 9 if you count Amy. I can't say either side was blameless in terms of ganking, but i'd rather go with 9 fighters over what we had.
