Total anihilaion - So many units to add.

Halo - First Co-op FPS i ever played.

Toss-up between Fallout 2 and Final Fantasy 7. Depends on my mood.

As for games with great gameplay that I've played for way too long, either Tekken 3 onwards or Call of Duty 4 or Civilisation 4. Those are the games I am very good at in a multiplayer sense.
