Salutations, 'Ironwatsas';
We of the Congress know of you. Myself especially; it seems you and I both share a... transhumanist heritage.
I regret to inform you that a direct alliance with the Congress is off the table. We are Junkers. Moreso, we of the Congress are the best-known Junkers throughout the colonies, and thus we provide the example for the vast majority of the population. Because of this, we must make it clear that to a Junker, there are two kinds of people; Junkers, and the rest of the universe. This is our way and our custom, and this directive is iron-clad.
You may enjoy all the benefits you expect from a partnership through doing business with us, however. It has never been said that we are not gracious hosts and unwilling to share in common conquests.
Kusari has always been the dark spot in our intelligence network. Your efforts to overturn the regime there have not gone unnoticed, we have been working with the Chrysanthemums and Dragons as well. You are more than welcome to use Junker stations and draw on our munitions supplies, on the understanding that neither you nor any affiliate of the Consortium is to draw attention to our relationship. Such could be dangerous for your objectives; it would be so to ours.
A meet in person would be easier said than done due to my extensive responsibilities with the logistics of not only the Congress, but my hand in the workings of the entire vast Junker operation. But I will see what can be done. I've always wanted to talk shop with another biomech.
- Bishop

Subject: Opening of formal talks for a Consortium/Junker Congress strategic alliance
Good Day, Mister Bishop.
Please Allow me to Introduce myself; I am known as Ironwatsas. Overwatch-Industralist Prime of the Transhuman arm of the Consortium Legion.
I have requested your attention to speak of a possible alliance between my own organisation and the Junker Congress. Given the fact that the Congress has been kind enough to supply our benefactors, the Golden Chrysanthemums for quite some time, I would think that an agreement between our two factions would be a benefit to your buisness and our... -efforts- ...in Kusari.
Given the fact that the Kusari empire and it's subordinates, specifically those referred to as >Hogosha< are not quite as respectful of your 'buisness enterprise' as our own affiliates, I would think that our beneficial restructuring of Kusari would open up numerous buisness oppurtunities for the Congress. As well, the Consortium would benefit from potential use of the significant infrastructure that the Junker Nation has in place throughout Sirius. While we have no intention of directly dragging you into any open conflict, or basing ourselves out of your facilities, we will need large amounts of raw materials, military hardware, space vehicles, and the odd bool of 'expendable personell' for our own uses.
Clearly, this should best stay out of view of the powers-that-be in certian areas like Kusari, Liberty, and Rhineland. Though, we only have a few enemies outside of Kusari that pose us any -real- trouble.
However, I would very much like to meet in person to discuss the finer points of such an agreement. I would personally suggest Yanagi depot as the sight of any meetings between our two fine organisations.

Greetings,
I would cut right to the point.
.:j:Joe's.Laboratory Seems to forget the very close relations that the Congress shares with the Outcasts.
I would like That you take care of his educational program at once.
* When entering Outcast space:
1) He will not carry any weaponry or goods that might offend the outcasts
2) He will obey to the orders that would be given to him by the outcast guards.
3) He wont Land without permission.
We are not aliened with "Nomads" but we sure do not like to see their Brains in frozen condition transported through our space.
And by saying not like meaning we will not stand this.
He was asked many times to follow instruction that he fail to accept.
Our relations are close but let us not forget that only with mutual respect it can continue on being so.
There is the report of the incounter with .:j:Joe's.Laboratory :

Greetings Jack Crow,
Thank you for the quick response.
I took this matter because i do share respect for you and do know you personally.
Knowing you on the case assures me you will do your best to see to it that such will not repeat itself.
Let this not affect our great relationship and we will be able to keep working together.
Howdy friends,
I just want to point out that while I don't fly the .:j:. denominator infront of my name, I am a Junker captain and have been for a real long time.
I am sending this comms cos I want advice on a little matter regarding a troublesome embargo that is affecting our business.
The Brets and those 'little devils' in Kusari have been at war now for some time. We ain't welcome up there by most and yet Bretonians still stop my transport running through the Tau's with ANY cargo.
If we can't dock in Kusari anywhere (legally) and we are not made welcome by the natives, how the hell are we going to help the Kusari war effort?
The only help we can give, directly or indirectly is to the Bretonians in that particular theatre. Anything coming out is running the Kusari blockade, anything going in is probably being used against them so whats the problem with the BAF?
Can you boys get any sense outa them?

Junker Blubba, as the Director of Bretonian Operations for the Congress I can fully understand your problem.
The fact of the matter is that under Bretonian Law only Bowex ships can leagaly carry "War Materials", This not only regulates thier distribution but also make sure that Bretonia's enconomic interests are fullfiled. In regards to the blockade between Bretonia and Kusari, I belive it is quite reasonable for them to do as they do. Im sure they worry about spies hiding under false ID's or that prehaps a more mis-guided and poorly educated Junker will hamper thier war efforts.
I am infact attempting to contact the Bretonian Military regarding this situation and come to a more reasonable agreement. While I belive that changes I propose can only lead to a win-win situation for us both, Bretonians can be quite stuborn at times.
As a Junker you will more than likly hear about any such agreements though the grapevine, as it were.

I am an independent Junker and I enjoyed peaceful mining around Bornholm for several months now. Lately this peace has been severly broken several times. Bornholm has been under attack by terrorists hiding behind Rheinland Military`s flag as you can read in the following transmission:
I don`t feel safe here anymore and I have to stop my mining business because I don`t want to loose my ship like Patrolman (Junker - Gordon.Shumway) did. I have a wife and kinds to take care of, so I can`t afford loosing my income for longer than a month or two. I can`t defend myself against those illegal intruders as my funds are limited and my fleet is small. Please send us some support just to ensure our safety here, while RM is taking care of this matter. Especially Megavolt(rus) flying a Rheinland Battleship has repeatedly been seen near Bornholm. All we want is mining without interruption.
Again?
We've had problems with that Megavolt(rus) before, that damned battleship is a menace.
I have re-stationed my bomber there again, though more as a deterant to future attack. Unfortunately we Junkers aren't too well equipped to take down battleships. I request all Junkers to continue forwarding us evidence of this battleship's activities. We will forward the evidence to the Rhineland military command, they're better equipped to deal with battleships than we are.

"Good news everyone. I suddenly and unexpectedly have job vacancies for an entire spaceship crew!"
My recycler's stationed at bornholm at the moment and if this rogue
Battleship flies into our turf, we'll add him to our scap field.
it seems this ship has little to no communication with the military and the Admiral, or the Gottkansler fellow. So i would not be surprized if this fellows' a flyin shell of tentacle..
..y'know, them nomad guys.
Perry out, see ya'll in space.
...god, D, more reports or renegade RM, keep your gun under yer pillow and the reactor hot, we might have to ....
... what do you mean were out of mines? hold on a sec i'll call the Holm'
That *&$%# Megavolt, shooting down every ship that comes near our base in Omega 15!!
We could launch a full scale attack with all our bombers... but it would not do any good. Let'z face it boyz: we need a cap to take down another cap.
