for that suggestion - it is beneficiel to make a "field test"
currently - there are two types of high end transport shields out there....
one with 6 second recharge and 30.000 capacity
one with 12 seconds recharge and 100.000 capacity
12 seconds is default - while 6 seconds is meant to give a single bomber a VERY hard time to do hull damage, cause the shield recharges almost as quickly as the SN and the bomber needs to assist with guns.
question is - how many people use the quickcharge - how many use the large capacity shield. ( another factor is the powercost of recharging )
but there is at least a "benchmark" about such shields.
Might not be applicable or the numbers have to be adjudsted for transport and capship shields... or it can be but will have a serious impact on the bomber vs capship battles.
