My response would be that either the interest rate would have to be very low, or there would have to be a maximum amount that could be withdrawn at any one time, like say 400 mil increments, and a notice ahead of time before withdrawing funds from it. That way I'd have time to add any funds if needed to keep the bank from going bankrupt IF it doesn't gain enough money before then.
Basically I'd treat it like a business account (which I've had one or two propositions so far).

I believe I'll have a limit as to how many separate savings accounts a client may have at any one time. Probably 2 or 3. I will do the same thing for loans, but will have more allowed for returning customers.
