But, as a matter of personal opinion, bombers are exactly where they need to be.
I'm a capital ship owner, freighter pilot, fighter pilot, and a bomber pilot.



Although, I have to say that transports need more health, as bombers can easily destroy them.
But that's another discussion.

The ability to SNAC someone in a fighter isnt that special, i have SNACed voidrunners in my BHG bomber, hell, testing on a guy who was setting up, i even managed to hit a flea in a praetorian.

Its just that some are worse fighter pilots than others, and there are some really good bomber pilots (not saying that i am one, im just saying that if you are getting SNACed, maybe the person in the bomber is quite capable).

on another note, i agree with sina. bombers only manage to kill VHF pilots who are stupid enough to joust them without shields and fly into the bomber's supernova shot. ive solo'd 4 rocs in a r talon (this is a week and a half ago), so i think i can safely say its not impossible (razor is your friend).

when i was able to survive in titan against 4 bretonia bombers looong looong time, (i am not the best fighter pilot)

Anyways,:P, bombers don't really need any more nerfs other than the 'we nerfed SNAC arcs' thing.
Now I don't fly bombers other than the Pytho, so I might be mistaken, but they don't seem that good against fighters to me.
I don't have much problem evading their SNACs.
Some people say that the Pytho's the way a bomber should be due to being sucky against fighters, now what the others are like, hm, don't know, but they aren't -that- good against bombers.
Other than a few possible examples of very small bombers, they're fine.

Get a VHF and pound them, just don't joust them and you'll be fine. Don't fly in straight lines or you killed yourself.

Have to agree with the bomber proponents here. Killing off bombers with fighters is easy unless those bombers are piloted by Sina. I did so just today, and I stink in fighters almost as much as I stink in bombers. Having piloted both a bomber against fighters and a fighter against bombers just today and having won in the latter and not the former, I have to say that bombers are not overpowered in any way, shape, or form. I think they're just about right.
