I would think QCP based on their history of showing up in the middle of NT to cause trouble.

Okay, for the event:

GC are to gather at the Hokkaido Jumphole, FA are to gather at Kagoshima.

The GC have noted a rather large FA presence in Kyushu as they continue to scout the system. Fortunatley for them, it's time for some verbal torture. After a few exchanges of words from both sides, the two will meet head to head in battle.
