To sum it up:
4.85 Greyhound
1. Was too hard to kill
2. Could "overuse" mini razor
3. Had limited firepower with guns
4. Was turning relatively slow so it had tracking problems
Conclusion from that thread resulted in the changes which affect these areas
1. Lvl 9 shield (in update 1 already), less "dodging"
2. Smaller powerplant
3. Extra turret
4. More turning
1.): That's nice. How about we nerf the Blossom now?
2.): What about the Barghest and other heavy bombers with the SNAC? I thought the general attitude of the dev team towards one shot one kill weapons or similar was that if people could hit with them then they deserved it.
3.): This is partly the fault of the LR. A a Greyhound had plenty of firepower if you used codenames. What I would've done is kept the class ten slots but added a turret anyway.
4.): I never had any problems in this department, but by all means buff away?

1. More shieldrunning
2. More shieldrunning
3. Depends on the firing arc. Might help, might not.
4. More shieldrunning/dodging
I sincerely doubt the BAF will be better able to fight Greyhounds now if the reason they weren't able to destroy a Greyhound was their ships being slow.

1. Was too hard to kill - Somehow only by people flying that Bretonian VHF
2. Could "overuse" mini razor - Cant shoot anything else and can be usefull at the same time.

@ Tycho: Seems like you like all the changes, so dunno what you are complaining about
@Nathrael: Shieldruning can be done in any ship with various levels of sucess, in the Greyhound it was made harder by the shield reduction and dodging reduction, the turning change doesn't affect this much.
@Gloucester
1. Cause LRs never flew it anyway
2. Sure, but could shoot it more often than other ships.
Igiss says: Martin, you give them a finger, they bite off your arm.
Sindy was clearing out that you failed at balancing (again) with nerfing the Powerplant for once again, but making it faster. Werent the people complaining that you cant hit it?
