house capital systems having high level lawful NPC's and low level unlawfuls to make it easier for the new players.
Outerhouse systems would have about even level NPC's around bretonian or kusari strength which is pretty reasonable.
the indy systems on the edge of house space could be full of rhineland level pirate NPC's and some low level lawful NPC's to show the lack of law enforcement on those systems.
That makes a lot more sense, and it would give newbies a chance. If they're lawful, stick to capital system, if your unlawful, go towards the border. Makes sense.
If I wanted to play against the game engine I'd play single player games or do guild instances in WoW. I'm here, because I like interacting with other players. The "Owie" NPCs in Gallia/Omicrons/Rheinland really really screw that up.
I remember feeding a pirate with bots on my trader once so he could talk to me in Theta whilst being shot at by BHG npcs. A great success for roleplay, there.
My Idea make all NPCs as powerful as the Phantom NPCs . You will need Cruisers to kill those Phantom Sabres and I wont be surprised if you get killed by their 7nomad weapon loaded sabres
I'd be in for this. It's a good idea. If we have bomber patrols in front of important places like Manhattan and New Berlin and so forth we might be able to flip the bird at people *cough*Jarek*cough* who bring big nasty unlawful battleships into the heart of Sirius.
