[3:38:10 PM] Adam (Kuraine): well we have to find a new host for a server
[3:38:26 PM] Adam (Kuraine): so it won't be that particular server, but it will still be discoverygc and you won't lose your characters or anything
[3:38:33 PM] Adam (Kuraine): well, probably won't
[3:38:40 PM] Adam (Kuraine): i can't see why you would
No worries. The 1083745621940357389129 hours of our lives are still here.
I've only been a member of the Discovery community for a few days...and I've been having a lot of fun role-playing. This isn't the first time I ran into these kind of events.
Like a year or two ago, I was part of the Battlefield Heroes community, well, until some hacker blown the site up, which was when I left.
If only I could donate, I would, but I can't. After experience with previous communities and games, I will say this-
I will not yell at the admin who worked so hard to keep this community, among with other members, alive, to hurry up and find that hacker. Or that I worked so hard on my player where if it were to be lost, I would kill you. No, I would never do such things.
All I will say is- I am very sorry to hear this news. Try your best to find this hacker, if not, he is likely to strike again. If you can recover the server, great, make sure you make a backup of all the accounts and such, if not, I understand and will accept your efforts.
Long live the community. May that hacker be damned.
