There's this massive royal liner hanging outside Manhattan with some sort of derelict nomad artifact in the hold. He claims it's safe there, that he can't move because that might make it not so safe anymore, buuuut he says his license is still under application.
The navy is off handling more direct threats so I thought I'd take his info and let the big hats deal with it.

[font=Century Gothic]My first flight was quite strange, saw a few iteresting things ... First of all, as I was on my way to join Officer Lisa Hunter on patrol, I ran into a Rogue, just " passing by Fort Bush. He was a bit more like a lost tourist though, but since ha went as fas as he came, I didn't really care about him.
The next one was a bit mire strange... I tried to get to Colorado again, when I ran into a trade ship I've never seen before. I ordered the ship to halt, a quick scan and what do you think I found? No guessing, it was a so called Gallic Brigand built l'Anne transport. I have to admit the ship itself looked quite good, but as far as I know they are not allowed in Liberty ... and maybe some other places but that is not my concern. However, I advised the captain to change his vessel immidiately if he wishes to fly with it in Liberty without paying nice little fees .
The last image is my current position on the Nav Map, just to keep things on it's place ... so I did not go to Gallia just to see a ship like this ...
Last but not least, I invited Paul Rawdon recriut officer on a little practice in Illinois. I have to admit, I'm pretty bad at dodging mines as far as it seems, since he took my ship out with mines twice ...

Brief patrol of New York space, very few ships around. Took out a handsome amount of Liberty Rogue and Lane Hacker riff-raff interrupting trade lanes. They did not put up a stiff fight, that's all I'll say.
More of the same happened in Colorado, on my way to Illinois.
Torro Trait strides into the office with a vanilla folder in his hand. The lady at the entrance stops him, and quickly grabs the folder. Trait looks at the lady,
"That's the report, by the way.."
The lady nods and gestures for him to go away. The officer shrugged and went back to his liberator.
Report reads: Today was full of excitement! A Rogue Cruiser pranced right on to Fort Bush! A rogue Cruiser!! Wow.. Well, i managed to get some cam shots before my Liberator was... liberated.. Good thing there were allies near, or i would have been drifting in space for hours. Anyways, here are the shots.
// sorry about the big pics, i don't know how to shrink them..
Signal received...

Left Police Plaza in Illinois to New York for a routine system patrol.
Once there, I stumbled upon Chief of Police Matt Myers in an engagement. The situation seemed to be under control for Chief Myers, so I initiated traffic control procedures to prevent civilian casualties and keep curious onlookers from straying too close to the fight.
Attachment #1 "Suspect being apprehended"
Also, some time before the previous picture was taken, I came across what seemed to be a "Colonial Remnant" transport. It was in cruise speed headed towards West Point Academy. I took a snapshot of this encounter.
Attachment #2 "Suspect ship"
The rest of the patrol was uneventful.
Rawdon out.
Quite an exciting patrol today.
An Order cruiser cruised around Manhattan today, with the captain claiming to be a Zoner. I pulled some contraband of him, most notable a few nomad brains. I have 50,000 credits in fines that I got from him.
Since he was very cooperative I let the navy escort him out of Liberty.
Then a much less cooperative fellow with callsign Atreus flying an Order heavy fighter. When I told him his ship wasn't allowed and that he had to leave Liberty he questioned my ability to enforce the law, intimidating me with his obviously stronger firepower. When I called in the navy for backup he engaged me, almost blowing up my fourth Patriot, but he fled when the navy showed up.
I thought that was the last we'd see of him, but he continued to be a menace in New York, eventually fleeing into the Badlands.
A potential pirate callsign Jack.Scott was camping at one of the tradelane portals and refused to move untill he was threatened by someone else. I don't think it'll be the last we see of him.
That's enough excitement for today's shift. I got some confiscated synthetic marijuana to investigate..

Brief 4-point patrol of the New York system (Manhattan- West Point Academy- Battleship Misouri- Fort Bush). The patrol was very uneventful. Literally, nothing happened.

I took off from Ft. Bush, hoping that nothing interesting will happen ... I was wrong to even think about like such ...
I just got till West Point Academy , when sensors showed 4 hostile ships, Outcast bombers to be exact. I tried to convince them to go home, but to these kind of people, words mean nothing ...
After they took out a Navy fighter, and the Navy Battlecruiser SLICE was also in trouble, I tried to at least take them off his tail ...
Things went quite well, SLICE got some space to breath, however, I've misscalculated the abilities of that bird that is called a "Patriot".
I only needed a wrong turn and found myself drifting in space ...
I took off from Manhatton only to be met by a Liberty Rouge Bomber under the name of Gary.Fouche right in front of me. I contacted the vessel and asked for him to leave Manhattons space. He instead laughed and ignored my request. I then gave him one last chance which he again refused.
I had no other choice, I opened fire on the target and after roughly 7 minuites of combat the target stopped and intsead tormented me on the fact that I couldn't sctrach his hull with my patriot.
A LSF agent then came in with a much larger firepower then I had. He made the rouge leave manhatton space. After he left i did one final patrol of New York. I found nothing on my run.

Sir!
After spending quite a bit of time at the LPI and completeing the tasks of a recruit officer, I would like to request your authorization to use a Kingfisher class fighter, which I've purchased not long ago from its former pilot, Sergeant Oliver Shaw .
Further more, I would like to apply for the SWAT teames, most especially for the bomber squadron, since I belive numbers of pirate gunboats and such have grown quite big nowadays, not to mention smugglers, and a fighter is not always the best weapon against them.
