The most troublemaker things are Hogosha and Farmers, they are not unlawfuls they are not lawfuls.
To make it simple, if they are not doing anything wrong, you Konnichiwa to them, if they are pirating, you arrest them (if you are lawful).
The rest from those factions you can learn it in game.
Dragons, former samurais (some of them), they want to reinstall their former government.
You forgot the GC, which is a female movement, and cardi addicts, they are friendly with outcasts, and do the most rutine piracy around.
Outcasts, you won't see many stablished outcasts in kusari, the few you meet are some few who want to pirate around.
Samura is related to the farmers and hogosha.
Kishiro is neutral to dragons.
GMG, kinda hates samura.
EDIT: It's GAIJIN
Also, we don't hate gaijins, not all of us. Farmers do, hogosha do, some KNF do, Samura do, Kishiro don't. Most of KNF and KSP don't. They are a... not so open. It's a closed society.
Still, it's up to everychar (except for Hogosha and Farmers they do hate outsiders, and samura don't want more competitors).

Not exactly true, the Farmers do much more than the Hogosha.
The Hogosha are very territorial. They dislike outsiders, but are more concerned with money, power, and influence than with racial or political agendas. If you have something to offer, they'll listen.
Every single other house i can just charge into, they all have generic rp to the max, but Kusari is unique. Which is why im picking it to invade instead of a boring Coloumbian Drug Lord or a Generic, two bit pirate.
If anyone remembers "Gary.Kintano", that was me. I even saw corsairs in Kusari on that character, what is the stance toward them?
With Corsairs it depends on who you are. Most of Kusari won't be openly hostile toward them but they will generally ask them to leave. Blood Dragons and GC would be much more hostile to them than other groups will. But even then I guess it depends on your character.
The Hogosha are the closest ones to the Corsairs in Kusari, we're friends with the Corsairs, but we also don't allow them to make trouble in Kusari.
Okay, so you're listening, which is good. If you're intending to go Kusari lawful then you may actually want to join the KNF, Lotek_ and his boys have it pretty solid, they ought to they've been doing it for years. but flapping around in a Kusari BS is going to have the Blood Dragons using you for target practice on a regular basis. Kusari uses it's big guns rarely and with good effect. I do wish you luck. But I shall leave this now to people who play Kusari, rather than someone who's spent a long time reading Kusari.
Saint Del is considered a holy healer of diseases of children, but also as a protector of cattle.
Del brings up a good point. You honestly wont get much action in a battleship in Kusari. The GC and Blood Dragons love their bombers, you'll be hunted down every time you go near them.
I have a destroyer and even that rarely ever gets any action. The most common enemies you'll see in a Naval character are going to be Outcasts, GC, and Blood Dragons which will be gunboats or smaller 90% of the time. Kusari ships tend to be small, fast, and agile. You're going to have a really hard time doing much good against them in a battleship.
Thank you for putting forth all the effort to learn the RP of the area though, that speaks wonders.
I dont care if ill be used for target practice, its no different from the Hessian's bomber squads eating my RBS in Rhienland. I'll just have less of a chance to hit those damned Red Katamarans.
I don't go loling into fighter battles with my BS either, so dont worry.:)
I need to think of some Kusarian names, but im terrible with them. Heh, I was thinking of making the guy's last name be Kintano, and having his father be a retired weapon specialist.
When it comes to names Google is your best friend. Every time i want to make a new char...I spend 30 minutes and more finding a suitable name :-D Try Japanese male/female names in google;)
