this is but a first trial - and the speed at which the fields are mined dry / are replenished ... will be adjusted on a basis of experience and time. - but to get the best facts to adjust it, it will take some runtime - so all the miners ( no matter the timezone ) are currently test subjects to provide feedback.

I was pirating long before local became available. And I'll still do it successfully after local is gone. In crowded systems no less.
