I use Fire Fox but i have nothing blocked and my firewall is fine. I can see every one elces Signatures on other forum that i use but this one?

FF is 10x better than Internet Explorer. A lot harder to hack, and you dont get as many pop-ups.

Going back to topic, the problem has nothing to do with the browser you use.
Check that your router is not blocking the site. Check that you are not filtering the site from being displayed. Adblock, for example, could have a filter stopping the site from showing. Although, if you get the "IPB Image" text, it means that the image is not being blocked, but that the site is not sending you the image, so the browser displays the alternative text.
