1)Can I cruise/Ekill and fire on another player who is in cruise

2)Can I cruise/Ekill and fire on another player who is NOT in cruise. Example speed bombing-in order to increase the accuracy of a torpedo shot a person enters cruise outside of his targets range, evades while closing to within weapons range, lines up on the target, kills engine and fires. Then evade until out of weapons range and repeats...

3)how will we prove a person is in cruise when the question arises? Screenshots?

And by the way, seeing Nussebull take down a Liberty Dreadnaught with a Huegenot was awe inspiring.

Yes it would nice to see it all in ...

No.1 ... I've always taken for granted, as no advantage for you is ever gained by hitting Z in this situation,
and if people are cruising to be a pain, as happens a lot, they deserve a shot up the ass.

No.2 ... Grey area this. In a capital ship its using it to gain speed advantage, and to give your enemies a
lesser target coming in, and allow shield running going out. Big nono, and why the rules came in, in the
first place.
In a bomber/strike fighter, coming in in EK makes you a straight line target. Easier to hit close in with
those fast muzzle velocity turrets through their whole range. Bit of a lottery as dodging is out of the
window. This really only applies to a stationary battleship though. Any movement, and EK is pointless.

No.3 ... Screenies are inconclusive, movie would be good, witnesses are the best bet.
