If you meet two or three enemies of yours while you're alone, there's a big chance things will go down badly fast.
I was amazed at the similar scene week ago when two lane hackers attacked my bounty hunter without any issue but then when they turned out to be outnumbered by few, there was a complaint.

just inside malva cloud; they had bombers... (well, somehow i had BH on my screen, then they disappeared, suddenly a group of BH with anti capital loadout appeared... i think you know what i think, well, screw it).
I will do my own thing. neither admins nor community seems to be able and interested in doing proper RP, well, i do it on my own. dont wish me luck, i write my own lol.

Actually that's a pretty good idea, since Hunters don't care where they get their money from, whether the client or target.
To OP:
If BH claims you have a bounty on your head just ask them how much it is and raise it thus negotiate.
"RED ENGAGIN" is RP, unfortunately for you. It's poor RP but still counts as minimum. If I were to make a whine thread and sanction report about every "TAX3MIL" I get I can fill lots of pages.
If you don't like someone's RP, RP back. Don't descend into their level with "wtf". If you do that you are nowhere better than them.
Lets see now, I come to Gamma on my BH bomber and I have a BH GS with me. What do we find, a Legate with cap 8. Ok, we come to 2k from it, the Legate starts shooting.
Ok not a problem, but wait, whats that? Another Legate, and it starts shooting too (of course). So ok, we take the first Legate with cap 8 down to 5% hull, it then docks on Crete, undocks and reengages (of course). But wait, here come two more fighters and a bomber to rescue the two dreads.
One Legate then stops shooting, moves to Crete, and when the bomber and two fighters get snaced, it comes back to shoot some more.
