With the change in the Commissariat, some things have come to light that must be rectified.
Chief amongst these is recognition for Commissar-Commander Gonzales long over due recognition for weeding out traitors and scum from inside our ranks, as well keeping them out of our ranks.
To this end, it is my duty to award her the Sickle of the Proletariat, to accompany the Crimson Vigilshe is due for her longevity of service.
Let her example lead the rest of you.

First of all, congratulations, Commissar Gonzales on your promotion. I look forward to working with you.
Premier Katz, the same goes for you. I wish you success in your new endevours.
We are also trying to keep up the tobacco demand as well as luxury food, hull panels and even some plutonium for the colony reactors.
I do ask that you bear with us as we are setting up a base and trade with the Gallic Council and resolving some other in-house issues.
One thing on the wildlife that I found out from personal experience. I purchased 3,500 Gaian specimens when I bought Tombstone. Those 3,500 are now some 25,000, some of which have found there way off the ranch. We have quite a few species on Canaria as well. I have several caballas, an animal much like the horse of old Earth only a bit stockier and faster. I raise them myself for my own use and that of my guests. Feel free to visit and try one out. You may want a few for yourself.
Reporting: Sub-Lieutenant William Bishop Summary: Pursuit of [RM-MND]Hans.Eckhard, Omega-5, 1005 to 1047 Hrs SMT
Reporting the interception, pursuit and engagement of unusual Rheinland vessel during today's actions, as per request by comrade Volkova.
Section One: Pursuit and Engagement
Visual, scan and communications contact was first made with the vessel at 1001 Hrs SMT, when our ships jumped from Omega-52 into Omega-5 to pursue and destroy Corsair intruder Daniela.Ferucci[TBH]. Our wing was made up of CPW-Akula, Lieutenant Warner, Recon-4 and myself. The Rheinland Wraith VHF was already present, holding at 4 clicks out from us, and remained stationary as we engaged and destroyed the Corsair. As Ferucci's ship exploded at 1005 Hrs, Eckhard entered cruise and began to move north. I entered cruise and pursued it, with CPW-Akula and comrade Warner both following close behind; I closed enough distance to intercept it with a disruptor and began firing on it as it continued to run. At 1010 Hrs Eckhard jumped to Omega-55; comrade Warner and I continued pursuit, with Recon-4 now also pursuing and close behind.
At 1014 Eckhard reached a hostile asteroid station which came up as Meerbusch Base; a second rock a few clicks away came up as Recklinghausen Base. At this point, Eckhard stopped running and engaged us with the base guns firing on us in his support. Comrade Warner and I returned fire while Recon-4 appeared to suffer from difficulties and did not engage; see section three for further detail. At 1019 Hrs, Recon-4 was downed and ejected, the damage presumably caused by Meerbusch Base's guns as he lost control of his ship.
At 1026 Hrs, a Hessian fighter co-operating with our op comms, [RHA]Dimitrij.Fjodorow, entered Omega-55 to ascertain our status and provide support if necessary. He too suffered difficulties and at 1030 Hrs Fjodorow's ship was destroyed by Meerbusch Base in a similar manner to Recon-4; the details of this are also covered in section three.
The CPW-Akula entered Omega-55 at 1031 Hrs and headed to our position. It recovered the pods of both Recon-4 and Fjodorow. Comrade Warner and I were ordered to withdraw and, at 1038 Hrs, we successfully withdrew from Omega-55 along with the Akula. We returned to the Omega-52 jumphole where Akula met with the CPW-Havana. Comrade Warner and I made for Zvezdny Gorodok; I landed at 1047 Hrs.
Section Two: Details of [RM-MND]Hans.Eckhard
Communications from the Eckhard were unsettling. I received the following transmissions during our engagement with the Corsair. They were notable in delivery that they were incredibly quiet, almost to the point of being whispers.
' Wrote:[RM-MND]Hans.Eckhard: ***you are starting to hear strange voices in your head....***
[RM-MND]Hans.Eckhard: *** you are not firing on an enemy..***
[RM-MND]Hans.Eckhard: *** the scanners are darkner...you cannot see who are you firing...***
Further whispered transmissions were made on local frequencies during the pursuit and engagement which followed. No standard communication was ever heard from the Eckhard.
Review of guncam confirms the thruster of this Wraith VHF was clearly non-standard, emitting a vibrant violet smoke trail as seen above.
Section Three: Destruction of Recon-4 and Dimitrij Fjodorow
Review of the comm logs of Recon-4 and Dimitrij Fjodorow prove equally unsettling. Actions in sound have been translated to text for the complete picture.

Both pilots were recovered alive and were being transferred to the CPW-Havana as I made my landing.

Reporting: Sub-Lieutenant William Bishop Summary: Journey to the Hispania
Comrade Brooks and I both made the trek to the Hispania today. I left from Omega-52 while Jayce came from New York; though we had been told to race, we decided to meet at Tau-37 and go in together. For what its worth, comrade Brooks made it to Freeport 10 first!
We entered Alpha and attempted to keep a low profile, with a large concentration of Outcasts near Malta. We made it to the Hispania unhindered but as we finished our task it became clear we had been detected, though not by the Casts; a force of Corsairs in the system spotted us and voiced their aggressive intentions.
Our countermeasures did themselves proud and we both withdrew from the situation with no fuss. We jumped back to Tau-37 and successfully lost our pursuers, then made our way back down to Omega-7 where we met the CPW-Frente.Unido and proceeded with our duties.
Guncam is available to compliment all results if requested, and was used to uphold the accuracy of this report.
On my authority, and on behalf of the Commissariat,
For making the pilgrimage to Omicron Alpha to see for themselves the wreck of the sleeper ship Hispania, I award the Hispania Memorium to Sub-Lieutenants Jayce Brooks and William Bishop, who made the perilous journey in newly-minted Partisans. Wear them with pride, comrades, for it is a great achievement that you have attained.

Today was an eventful day, I was called to duty when several intruders were spotted inside our home. I hopped in my partisan and met up with comrades Jayce Brooks and the CPW-Belgrade to thwart off a Mercenary in a Liberty Gunboat. Of cource this dirtbag was no match for the guns of Revolution and he was promptly destroyed.
After returning to re-arm at Zhukovsky Station I hit the bar for a break. After I was drunk enough to fly I once again hopped into my Partisan and went off to give those Drug Sniffers a proper introduction. I flew quite a journey, dodging some Outcasts along the way. Eventually I came into Alpha unoticed, and I went on to visit the Hispania and to marvel at the works my anscestors have achieved. After surveying the wreck I promptly shouted at the top of my lungs in the system channel and shot the words with my weapons "Sean was here" On the hull of the Hispania. After waiting for people to kill no one showed up, therefore I packed it in and called it a day.
On my authority, and on behalf of the Commissariat,
For making the pilgrimage to Omicron Alpha to see for himself the wreck of the sleeper ship Hispania, I award the Hispania Memorium to Sub-Lieutenant Sean Lee. The Commissariat is pleased that so many of our new Sub-Lieutenants have the courage to make this journey in their Partisans. With pilots who have such fervour and bravery as this, the Alliance will surely fall!
CommID: Admiral Alexi Karchov - CO Fighter Corps
Message Target: SCRA Fighter Corps
Message CC: SCRA High Command, Coalition Reporting Services
Message Source: Zvezdny Gorodok: Omega 52
I'd like to take a few moments today to inform all of the Coalition of some changes to duty rosters, promotions, and assignment changes, and general update on the status of my Fighter Corps.
First, I'd like to congratulate Vicenta Gonzalez on her promotion to Commissar-Commander. Her tireless vigilance in her duties has warranted additional trust in her by High Command.
Next, promotions were also given to Ricardo Alvarez to Captain, Ben Warner and Sergey Litvenko to full Lieutenant, and joining the Commissariat is Lieutenant Commander Stenka Razin. I wish all of these fine pilots the best in their new roles.
Next is the subject of pilots who have gone missing or have retired recently. The Provost Marshall's Office will be looking into the wherabouts of Nitchiev Lanakov, Mikhail Petrov, Rose Moreau, Mikhail Tarasov, and Nex Vesica. I trust Ms. Gonzalez will do her best in these investigations.
Some pilots are lucky enough to retire, some are not and are killed in action. Let us remember Julio Quinetillia as the brave fighter he was, and salute Katya Vaschenko as she moves to civilian life.
I'd now like to welcome five new pilots to the Fighter Corps ranks. All pilots are to put these fellows through intensive training. Please welcome Sub-Lieutenants William Bishop, Antonio Briccant, Jayce Brooks, Oleg Kaczmarczov, and Sean Lee to the Fighter Corps ranks.
Another bit of news, I regret to inform those pilots in Recon Squadron that for the time being, the Squadron is being dissolved and will be absorbed by Gold Wing. Captain Totenkopf has once again gone off on a long-term recon mission, leaving the rest of the squadron behind. At such time that Captain Totenkopf returns, the Squadron can and will be reformed, but as head of the Fighter Corps, it is my duty to assign pilots to where they will be best suited.
With that, new duty rosters have been created, with wing assignments changed for many of you. The new pilots have also been assigned wings and numbers. Assignments are attached to this communique.
The Coalition is ever expanding, with victories everywhere our influence is felt. Always remember that you fight for a better tomorrow for yourself, your loved ones, and those you have yet to meet. Tyranny is everywhere, and it is our job to put a stop to it.

Today was yet another eventful day, as Comrade Brooks and I headed down to Liberty to spread propaganda and to take intel on important Landmarks. On my way to Liberty I managed to pass by Manchester and right by a Bounty Hunter Base I noticed a couple of Storage Depots in where those greedy bastards keep their personal wealth. I decided they should be spread out and shared to the people so I proceded to destroy them with little resistance from the base.
I continued on the the Liberty house when I met up with my friend Jayce Brooks, who was already spreading the truth to the innocent Liberty citizens. We were tailed by a Navy Light Fighter and a couple of Citizens who were wanting to know more about our cause. Jayce and I continued to talk to both the citizens and the Navy Officer, hoping to enlighten him to the truth. With this I flew into the badlands to avoid detection.
After a while Comrade Brooks returned home and I decided to stay to survey one of our major fronts, the Ontario system, and to hopefully gain some valuable intel before we move in en masse. I realize the High Command have obtained a lot of information about the system, however I believe a little more intel does not hurt, shoot me if I am wrong.
I scanned the first anomaly I came across which was Planet Huron, then I scanned a battleship of the Liberty Navy, the Ottowa from a safe distance from the Capitalist monsters weapons.
However the Dreadnaught apparently picked up my signal and a lone LSF bomber showed up. After warning him numerous times that I was not here to kill him he managed to shoot me without provocation. I, of cource, was not pushed over by the corrupt trash and I continued to power up my weapons and started to fire back. After a short skirmish I destroyed his ship, my first confirmed kill with my time as a Coalition pilot.
