Yes, zooming is disabled now. And truth be told, turret zooming is a bit too good a thing. As turret steering is definitely excellent for there are no convincing reasons why a ship can't maneuver and shoot independently of the ship's turn direction, zooming camera far from the ship is more artificial and unrealistic thing. So I feel just all right now. And yes, most things can still be done with steering without zooming. Hurray, good aiming is needed again.
Nice work with these DLL's Cannon. It's almost perfect now but I'm experiencing various connection problems that I didn't have before. The only thing that's changed since they started is the DLL.
Can the cursor be locked to the screen in windowed mode while its the foreground window? If it was, it would make combat in windowed mode easier, while hopefully the functionality of the graphics stopping when it becomes a background screen could be retained.
That sounds a bit confusing ._.
Basically, in windowed mode, can the cursor be locked to the screen, whilst retaining the feature of the window not freezing when it is unselected?
I had a program that did this with vista called D3Dviewer or something like that, but it stopped working when I started using windows 7.

Why not just use the new go-to-fullscreen-mode shortcut to go to fullscreen while in battle (it's ctrl-enter I think)... then switch out again when done? Saves Cannon the work and IMO it's better without forcing the focus on the window when in windowed mode - nicer for multitasking while ingame.
