Well, Im about to drop my BORING junker. Its so uneventfull. Nobody to talk to, Trade with. Lame.
Im looking for a relatively 'free' company. One that can ship many types of goods to many places. Not. Zoner. I was thinking about Republican, but the Omega's and sigmas are very... Dull.
Interspace looks very interesting. Especially the RP with the Hessians and the Santhemums.
They're an insurance company, right? Why would they be trading... hmm. Ima look up some RP on em...
Kishiro Technologies ship to liberty and Rheinland while being stationed in Kusari. There's also Mining opportunities in Bretonia if you're daring.
That covers all but borderlands and edge worlds, yes?

Bowex in Bretonia - they ship to Rhienland and Liberty, through the Omegas and border worlds. We have under the table deals with the Outcasts and the Hessians (not sure what happened to this though). We can ship anything Bretonia needs, and export anything it produces.
There are occasional blockade runs into Tau 31 and 23 to supply the bases there. The Bowex player faction also has Shire swurms, that enjoy taking Corsair gunboats apart. They also haul ore for BMM, who do all of Bretonia's mining.
In Liberty I'd go with Universal, simply because Interspace shouldn't be trading at all. Either that or go with something unique like Synth? They're interesting, because they have so many enemies.
AP Manufacturing has a tendency to go in all houses, and out into the Omegas and Omicrons. About the only place we don't go is Gallia. We're not too big - and you can always call on a BHG| member for an escort if you need one.
Just no hauling bad things, like slaves, cardi, etc. - we are NOT smugglers.

Another thing Cam, don't always use the biggest transports. You know how much fun it is to fly a smaller one compared to flying a bigger one? Much more.
Trust me, i have 6 ships i use exclusively for trading, and only 2 of them have 5000 cargo units. The others range between 500 to 4200.
It's also a nice thing if you can switch between your trading ships if you get bored on one route. Say you have a Republican char, get bored of that route and switch to your Kishiro ship. When you get bored again, you switch to your little Bactrian and do a run from Niverton to Malta and back.
Of course, some people might ask, why the hell do you need more than 2 traders?
Just for fun and entertainment. All of my traders have totally different routes. Maybe two or three systems are the same, but non of my traders docks on a base another of my traders docks.
In a brilliant tactical movement, i charged backwards.
