Well, seems things have gone full circle.
The GST might not recognize me but that is of no concern. I recall a very specific incident where a Luxury Liner, Whale, and some other transport, my guess a train, were hauling Cobalt. Not only did you refuse orders to halt to make a cargo scan easier, but your damned foolish gunners opened fire on my bomber.
Only for that fact did i take any pride in forcing those ship's crews into their escape pods to await arrest by local patrols.
What was even more surprising was that one of the three ships that i had thought ran off to save himself, came back just as the second ship was destroyed. Once he was back in range he had no trouble ordering his gunners to open fire without a single word being said. A bit terroristic in appearance, don't you think?

I spotted your force in Texas heading to Virginia, where I told you that is a restricted system. I wasn't finished with you guys yet, but your trains did a runner and jumped to New York, disobeying orders to stop. When I jumped back to New York, I managed to stop your trains, and explain the embargo to them, giving them the option of -either-, turn around or drop the organisms, not just drop them. You guys didn't even try to argue if they were legal or not. About one minute after I had finished, the trains ran again, disobeying orders to stop. I managed to stop one at Norfolk, where I told him to stop. He engaged his cruise engines, so I disrupted them. He did it again, and I disrupted them again, giving a final warning. After trying the third time, I disrupted and opened fire.
Now I asked you to stop three times at Norfolk, where you didn't. That leads me to believe that you -did- know that what you were doing was illegal.
Also I recall another incident where the [GST] fired on a navy vessel, located here.

3) GST will eventually continue to use very heavy escort for its special convoys. Destroyers might sometimes avoid New York System if LNS formally ensures its security. But if LNS is not willing to fulfill this kind a mission, or even try to destroy AO transports, GST will use any way of bringing its secret cargos safe to Willard Station.
I'm expecting Liberty Forces Officers to keep the whole story as secret as possible. Rheinland would certainly have greatest interest in stopping AO transports to Willard.

GST CEO John Burton (3076-...) is a retired Liberty high rank politician and business man.
His functions in Liberty administration are still not clear today.
He left Liberty administration some years ago and founded the well known Galactic Secure Trade Company in Kusari space with WDR funds.
The GST Company was based in Zoner systems for the following years, until tensions with Liberty authorities because of GST breaking the Texas blockade became to dangerous for Zoners.
Then the GST Security Council decided the Company should switch to Smuggler ID and cut all official contacts with former Zoner Allies.

This entire story seems very fishy to me, how were the Liberty Navy (or any other lawful for that matter) know that your ships were on "secret missions"? I also highly doubt you would reveal your organization's dealings even if you were caught by the Navy breaking the embargo.
You seem to have made a facade of a story; it seems valid when you scratch the surface, but when you dig deeper, you reveal the plotholes.
However, I am not privileged to some information that Navy High Command is, and as such, I'll leave this matter up to them.
You'll also be glad to know that the Commander of the LNS-Dawn wasn't killed in brazen attack your ships launched on his ship. No need to send that medal out, President.
