First of all, I owe you an apology. But let me just explain our current situation in Omicron Gamma.
Due to our decision to help SCRA with their war against the HF, our previously safe home system, Omicron Gamma, literally turned into a battlefield. We are passing through massive attacks of enemy squadrons including capships almost every day. Our home planet is no longer safe. We loose our brothers, fathers of our children, and husbands of our wifes every day. And yet, this situation is by some ... umm, lets say gravediggers ... used to loot the wrecks of our dead brothers and make serious money when trading the looted goods, using our uneasy situation. We must deal with these parasites swiftly and deadly.
Gentlemen, I am in no way implying, that your vessel Constellation was a part of this nastiness, I am just trying to explain why our brothers tend to overreact in the situations which would be normally be solved otherwise. Our young brothers are even more hot-headed than the rest of us. So please accept our apology and I hope we can agree on a mutualy acceptable reimbursement. We are currently quite short in funds, do you think 50 mil. credits would help you forget about the whole incident?
But please, be very careful if you decide to come to Gamma with an unguarded ship full of special equipment obtainable only by looting, again. Let's say we have some control over the members of the Brotherhood, but speaking of the rest of the Corsairs, gentlemen, I can't promise anything.

Dear sir, thank you for addressing the matter so quickly.
The loss we have suffered due to your newest pilots' incompetence will cease to be a problem as soon as it gets compensated. The estimated sum is simply too high to let this regrettable incidnt slide.
Now I know we all wish not to stain our good relations with eachother, but an old proverb will fit here wll. Let us love eachother like brethren, but count like jews.
Independent experts have estimated the total value of the lost goods and equipment as 97 391 954 credits with the 10% addition, sugested by ambassador Abelard included.
As you can see, the sum is significant, but no matter how elevated it is, that indeed the true value of the losses. Calculations were based upon an equipment list by our quartermaster, DataStorm figures and the sugested 500 000 credit price on all nomad and exclusive "codename" weapons. These claims would probably be higher, should a less-detailed documentation was being led by our clerks, but I can personally assure you, ladies and gentlemen, that not a single credit has been added to this grand total and whiches loss wouldn't be accounted for.

In Response to these current aligations of I (Paco) and Wing man Rodriquez, We have taken all appropriate measures. Because out AEST - we are different timezones to the other members and are not informed of treaties, to avoid confrontation,NOW. The Australian members of TBH, Have been having trouble with The Outcasts, and but mainly IMG.... 3 days ago, As We were traveling through Theta with a friend, Sam Asher Attacked us, when we said we were at freeport 9 in open chat. We Defended ourselves and in the best interests of our friend, we went back to gamma. No one was destroyed or had any damage done to their ships.
Yesterday, as soon as we joined the server, we are attacked 4v1 by IMG. . . Not a very fair fight. me and Rodriquez were both destroyed with out warning for pretty much no reason. Rodriquez left, frustrated after being killed twice in the same system for no reason on a 4v1. After which, 3 of them followed me (Paco) back to gamma. as i was flying towards tripoli, i saw brother nexus and told him to dock at tripoli as for he was also under threat, also for absolutly no reason. The three IMG players waited outside tripoli and 41 JH, expecting another 2v3, i stated, "what do they plan to gain, they already made their point (even though NO point was established in the first place)" they said to, "make the corsair scum pay" & "i spit on corsairs" And stated several times that we cant count:P
i said to Sam asher, look, lets settle this 1v1 in omicron 91, then thats was that. He won, after which i stated good FAIR fight, they then stated "we expect you to kill us if you have 4 and we have 1. and ANY of our affiliated and direct allies (being player factions)" I said, Ok, You can count on it.
Now, I'm not complaining about the IMG, If thats the way they wanna handle their business, 4v1 then. Thats that.
Now In Regards to us destroying the storage ship. We Questioned about the Player faction ID. He said he was directly Affiliated with IMG, (with what IMG quoted before, we could have fired then and there BUT we (didnt) We further question about a "treaty" which he failed to explain. Quoting "We have a treaty with elder Alexander" .. Paco- "please explain this treaty" ....... "we have a treaty with elder Alexander" Us not knowing of a treaty, this is pretty suspect. We Continued to question, when he said he was Directly affiliated with the Player faction IMG, and that he was direct allies. We Destroyed him and told him to stay out of gamma.
With the other guy, yeah we did ask for 2 mil, but we said were just taking precautions, and that we didnt see his tags or anything, so That was a mis-understanding, And no money exchanged hands..
As for our "renegade and Rouge" actions, These are backed up by UNEXPLAINED attacks on us... 95% of the attack on us are Unfair and unprovoked.
Stating that you want compensation for your lost goods is, to me and Rod, In Australian lingo, Golden. Your over level 40, You have a BSG player faction tag, and i DO believe if I'm not mistaken you were affiliated with the Navy or police.
Me and Rod believe that parts of the story incriminate us, But if you have our whole story, Our actions are very understandable and being apart of a player faction, really do expect to be backed up by our brother hood..... Not "punished"
Alot of our story can be backed up by nexus who was there for the IMG attacks, Roddinator[75] For the storage shop.
and for us not replying to these "aligations" we hav'nt been able to get the forum to work, accounts and etc. and would rather be playing more then defending our actions

Admiral, I add my apologies to those of my brothers for the loss of your ship and equipment.
However, your claim for $97m in compensation is outrageous. The value of goods is calculated at far lower. Furthermore, I might ask what your armoury was doing so far from safety, in what is generally known as dangerous territory, full of so much precious equipment? I would venture that at least some culpability lies at your door for allowing this situation. If I were an insurance agency I surely would be withholding payment on these grounds.
Admiral I emphasise our offer of $50m compensation is more than fair, and you should take it.
I have received explanation about attack from your members, and i am not pleased with it. If they were attacked by IMG (and that is totally without reason, IMG and corsairs are allies against outcasts) we are not IMG. BSG is a faction allied with them but not them, and we will be treated like that.
Also, about compensation. 50 mill that u offered will barely cover for 3 armors MK VIII (15 mill each)...We said our price and we will stand by it. I would just like to point out that we suffered great loss, and our entire faction now works very hard to get lost equipment back. We have new members and we need to fly with them across whole Sirius to equip them.
You still have 48 hours to compensate and i advise you do. If you fail to pay it will cause more problems for both of our factions. We understand your position and the fact that you are under attack almost every day by enemie forces, but that cant be excuse for your actions. We can help you with your problems with outcasts and their allies. We have several battleships, cruisers and many vipers. Our guns may kill outcasts...or not...In hope of deepening our further relations i hope BSG will be compensated so that we can turn to more serious problem, and that is raising outcast threat.
(OOC: i would also like to point out that you broke the rules by attacking freighter with Neutral ID. I would rather see that this issue be resolved with in role play. And 100 mill is not big amount of money, not even for a single player, let alone whole faction)

I doublechecked all the records of recent registerred equipment transfers which included Armour Upgrades and I found only 2 of them. I also spoke with brothers Paco and Rodriquez and they confirmed my version, that there were only 2 of them aboard Constellation. I forced our brothers to return them and we are able to give you both of them back as they are now stored in our storage ship - Banco[TBH].
So, would you agree if we gave you 50 mils + returned both Armour Upgrades? I am sorry, but this is probably the best I can offer. I am not sure of the trading skills of our new brothers, but the selling price of the rest of the equipment didn't cross the suggested 50 mil. amount.
I am also sorry, but I can't degrade any of brothers, as we have no chain of command and are equal to each other.

I spoke to brother Pako and we cleared up a lot of things. They promised to stay connected, visit our VIP section of the bar periodically instead of just hanging around in the Boozers Lounge. I will test their knowledge of our rules next time I see them, which actually we should do with every new recruit. I'll prepare the "Join us" poster soon. I also adviced them to scan for the ID every time they are about to engage any ship and not rely only on the HUD's tagging system.
Elders, I have granted brother Costello to supervise the construction of our new practicing Osiris-class battleship. I know we agreed that battleships are restricted only for Elders, but I am recieving questions about their usage every day and decided to make an exception. But there will be strict rules on how to use that battleship. It can never leave Omicron Gamma, it must be shared with other brothers, and it will be used onlo to practice our teamwork when attacking large vessels in a group. It can, however, be used for the protection of Omicron Gamma if all the Elders are bussy and there is a serious need to bring a capital ship for defense purposes.
