did a little shift in the little time i had, i offered my services, and helped a very long question about the mining system to a player, after several minutes of explaining and no more request for help, i logged off.

I keep in secret nicknames of people I helped, also I don;t do this becouse I want get a price or something - just I want help other people, like somebody help me once...
^-^ did a shift today, i helped a player who asked about joining the phantoms, which i seem to get that question a lot....but meh, i also helped a player improve his role play a little bit by not using abbreviation.
that was it, since i did not get any more questions and could not find any new players that needed help.
So I started the shift out confronting three corsairs in New York pirating the Texas lane and called in for Admin backup. After that I told someone the easiest way to get Zoner guard rep and then helped a person with a mining question. Wasn't a long shift but helping people is the main concern.
Kudos to The Angels for what you're doing. I've recently tried this myself, and I see how hard it can be with some players. The help you provide makes a huge difference.

Few hour later - i meet one of them, in Albatross during minin helium.
Also I saw one positiwe thing - some high rank miner in Hegemon mine a helium - and give it for free to all lower rank miners, holders - good of You, and Good luck!

After roleplaying a bit with a [SMA] member and an AI, I helped The.Galleon again with some ID questions pertaining to IFFs and 4.5k and 5k transports.

Well I pulled another shift and helped many folks. Answered multiple mining questions, and tried to help someone change their name but they F1'd out. I helped a person on a mission and gave advice on the Gull transport to a person looking for an upgrade.
