Why is this one any more susceptible?
The Coalition can pretty much kill anyone in Sirius thanks to their Diplomacy. At least, that's what people assume, it's a bit more complicated than that I'd imagine. I don't know a lot about their diplomacy myself.
It's like Phantoms and Keepers; Phantoms can kill anything lawful in Sirius and Keepers can kill just about everything except Wild.
They're restricted to stop wannabe terrorists loading up with the best equipment they can get their hands on and a license to kill anything they see.
Zoners are nuetral. I know I saw an SCRA GB undock from FP11 and he said hello to me, lol...
Quote:The Coalition is a closed faction, just like the Wild and Nomads. It's in order to prevent abuse of the RP and of the equipment.
Invite Only Factions harm the server, and bring only restricted RP. The Coalition is the least harming seemingly, while the Phantoms are the most and Keepers are in the middle, according to my observations.
Basically, what terrorist invite only factions are saying is " I can kill everyone, but you cant, because you might abuse."
Stopping everyones fun because of something someone might do is wrong, people.
The Coalition is Mao Zedongs' Commie Chineese and the Stalin/Leninist USSR, I believe...
We'r not "Invite Only", we have a recruitment thread, we'r just VERY selective about who we let in, if they can RP well and are aligned with our way of thinking than their chances of getting in is high, however you wouldn't believe how many people just come into the recruitment and say "I want to join Coalition, let me in", not good RP so they get their head blown off. ^_^ Or in my case either Shot by a TT-33 or stabbed by a duel-bladed knife.

You know nothing.
It's restricted to prevent the easy abuse, and you're just pissed because there are no indies.
Give me one example of restricted factions ruining the server.
And FYI, the restricted RP is a nessesary evil, we need it, but if it isn't controlled, it will ruin the server.
The Phantoms for one, ruin nothing. The Keepers are nessesary for the Lore, along with the Wilde, and the SCRA are barely restricted, and have nothing in particular that would require them to be, their ID isn't close to a Terrorist ID and their tech is mediocre.
The Phantoms and the Das Wilde are the only invite only factions, as they require a form of invitation from the leader. The Aoi Iseijin, Keepers and SCRA all have recruitment threads/open recruitment.
Heck, I wish I was leader of the Phantoms so I could update and clean it up, the old .82 mentality is far too elitist and restricted, and I hate to see it die.

Lets Protect RP! By Restricting RP! Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah....
Maybe you'll ban me because I might capwhore.
Silly, silly, silly, illogical discovery.
When will you learn...
Xenos have access to a few pretty average ships and some of the most energy hungry guns in the game. They really aren't that special.
The Phantoms literally have a Terrorist ID, with some pretty s**ty tech if you ask me.
The Keepers have one of the most powerful Light Fighters in the game, and require a whole new type of Roleplay to work, simply being ignorant of the RP is enough to break the character.
They have a 50 page lore covering all that.
The SCRA is a private faction, meaning it was built up from around 06 and they put alot of love into it, it's not Vanilla, it's theirs, they chose to have no indies. Plus their tech is crap.
You still can't think of an excuse can you?

Yes it is. We're playing a seven year old game.
They can't keep track of all the rule breakers, the Admins rely on us to report them.
I've been in every special faction Discovery has to offer, and trust me, it's only special and elite if you treat it that way.
I never saw myself as special, and I never should. If you really want into the faction, and try hard enough, no one can stop you.
