I'm not defending anyone Dusty, I'm only saying that the Order| did something that was in roleplay, now their OOC reasons are unknown to me, if it's made up things then it's bad, but at the contrary of you, I have nothing else to base myself on than what I have access to.
What I meant is : If the TCG have anything to say, they have to do it now. If they wait it will be too late to change things.
In this instance, the Admins cleaned the topic, and deleted the owner's posts in his own story. Then the official faction in question walked in and applied their own version of the story, without the owner's permission.
Igiss made this server without restrictions on caps, and RP, and without a Password. To this day he refuses to password, or dictate people's RP.
So why do the Admins threaten and force a person into submitting, inside of a story?

Yeaaaah, but everything would be better if it was the other way around.
Speaking of the TCG I think it was overly clear they didn't want to submit. And if they can handle it the way they do I don't see the problem people are making out of it.

We have Role Played what we needed to after being put into a corner. Here
As far as we are concerned thats the end of it so there is no need for all this.
If anyone needs the TCG video evidence i have, i can send it to them, but we are going
with this story now. End of.

It doesn't say that they're allowed to change a factions rep because a poorly formed faction disagrees with another factions views.
And this is even what Igiss wrote, So no..Your argument is invalid.

Excuse me? And what does your wall of text exactly prove? Which one is this poorly formed faction?
You have no idea whatsoever why they were FR5'd, you have no idea whatsoever about the situation in either faction, and you have no idea whatsoever why you even quoted all those phrases. So please, if you don't know any of these things, refrain yourself from talking dirt about other factions.
Maybe you should read the FACTION RIGHTS more closely, and then post your comment.
shut it will, My wall of text is taken from the Rules that Igiss set in place, Not random ones that were invented due to constant moaning from factions.

it clearly states that They cannot change the factions reputation and with this bit...
1.3 Administrators are obliged:

This is a very fair case isn't it eh?
So yeah will, Don't get your nickers in a twist.

' Wrote:RIGHT 5) Official factions may request that the reputation of a player's ship be changed to hostile with respect to their NPC faction.
RESPONSIBILITIES ASSOCIATED WITH RIGHT 5
Factions may only do this after they have interacted with the character in role play. Faction leaders should post reputation change requests in the Special Role Play section with a link to the forum evidence.
Example: The LPI could request that a smuggler be made hostile to them but only after conducting some sort of role play around this situation. A role play trial conducted on the forum with the evidence would be a good way to do this. Note that the reputation change may be temporary as the smuggler is free to buy a bribe to fix the reputation.
Example: An Outcast pirates fellow Outcasts in front of Alpha. He has been warned numerous times by Independents, Official Factions & players representing the Outcast Government. He either never responds to PM's or states " No speak English" . Screen shots are taken for evidence. With said evidence, he could be listed as Hostile to the Outcast even if he is one.
You really have problems reading, don't you? Or have you never heard about a Faction Right 5? It is the right of official factions. The TCG got FR5'd at the request of the Order| official faction. Why do you read and repeat only the rules that suit you, and not all of them? If you call certain rules "Random ones" just because they don't suit you, well then thats your issue, isn't it?
