Well, I do have short time disconnects, my ISP is a pos, but until the next year there is nothing I can do, no alternatives around so far, however other far more stable and better companies are willing to enter the area where I'm living in, I hope this will happen soon. In any case if I disconnect I always get back on. A few days ago such disconnect happened with me while HF (me included) were chased by RM all the way from New Berlin to Liberty space through Bering, but I got back on as quick as possible (it was painful, when I logged back in the location where I got disconnected was already crawling with RM). So I apologize to anyone if this will happen again (and it will, like I said there is nothing I can do about it right now), be patient, I'll get back asap.

Until then, F1 sanctions are not being applied immediately, but queued.
What does this mean?
Well, all the sanctions applied to all F1ers reported from today+ will be based on what we decide on the current discussion.
So, for those who F1ed and think they escaped punishment, think it twice and don't surprise if you find one less character next time you log in.
My current criteria is simple:
F1ers = cheaters.
Delete, Ban, Reset, Destroy!!

The difference with disconnects and F1's is that you can tell when somone is about to F1. If your fighting, and you D/C, then thats fine, as long as you come back and explain. Even if you don't, you were fighting and not running, so I can assume that you had a DC.
However, if you are pirating, and you see a trader who stops, and doesn't respond, then its a F1, especially if you see another char come up straight away.
I hate people who do that, and I think they need to have that char zero'd and starflier'd for them to learn not to do it.
if you do that.....they can just not use that character for a week...they can use other character do mission or thie other stuff..the best way to do it is make them to -400million...they are impossible to borrow money like that number......keep that "-" number for half month or a month...and set it back to 0$....that will be a scart letter...or just put them back to starflyer with 8500$
Give them nomad rep, now THAT would hurt. They'd have to kill stuff in their trader untill they can dock with something.
