so basically anything bigger than a bomber is unacceptable?
anything bigger than a gunboat. that means destroyers, cruisers, battle cruisers, light cruisers, battleships, dreadnought and any other name used to describe a ship bigger than a gb, cant pirate a trader.
the only instance i see a ship bigger than a gb pirating a trader is when a trader has a gunboat shield mounted on their trader (only possible on liners as far as i know) and like dab mentioned
' Wrote:it sure is tiny to be a GB, it wasn't much bigger than my LF.
i see GB's as being bigger than a fighter
Yeah, its about the size of a Spatial, but due to that its about one of the weakest GBs in firepower, and has the second-lowest hull (lowest is the Kusari GB, which is even smaller) of them all. Tip; If you fight a Corsair GB with it, maximize the use of your agility, or your dead.
Quick but semi-related question. I have been using a Prison Liner with my Slavers RP. So any vessel I have encountered carrying valuable heads has been pirated. Am I out of bounds since a liner is physically bigger than most cruisers?

Bigger, but doesn't have the same firepower. It has firepower between a GB and Transport. It has at the biggest, GB equipment, so if it were classified as a capship, it would be of a GB, which are allowed to pirate.
