We here at Samura have taken a large financial hit from the decreased sales of Engine Components.
No one can argue that.
We have also gained access into two new markets that have helped to cover the costs as well as systematically outmaneuvering a competitor from an entire house of business.
You will find that we are doing a great deal to forward our business model and have other plans that are very big in the making.
There are many things I see going on here with far less acknowledgement of any negative effect.
I can name quite a few corporations that fall under this in the houses.
Maybe if you feel we are not living up to these, you could send us a PM and we can discuss it with you.

The 2 new markets you are refering to, can replace the House of Liberty? I guess not.
In-rp, what will liberty do without engine components? they cant get them from kusari, deffinatly not from rhienland, does bretonia sell them? i dnw, never been there, what about all there electronics say from kishiro? Seems that there navy is going to go pooof

Can the two new markets replace our sale of one commodity (Engine Components) to Liberty?
I would hazard a guess and say most probably yes.
Now if Liberty would raise an embargo against Kusari and block other commodities, then I would say no.

The goods procured through the black market will help make up for the loss of direct shipping, albeit not terribly much. If Liberty begins to find itself in a bad position regarding the parts, it is entirely possible that they may level an embargo against Kusari. However, as you have said Liberty does have a rather rpbust economy, and so there isn't much point for them to antagonizre Kusari when they have a better shot at riding it out and trying to re-open negotiations.
Or, you know, Liberty could just try to ease the situation instead of people ooRP complaining about Kusari. But yeah, that's Disco, why RP as long as there is a General Discussion subforum?
I also wonder if anyone ever thought about the financial Liberty has to take when their H-Fuel & Plutonium has to be bought via 2 resellers and the engine components via 1 instead of buying both resources directly. But yeah, why not complain about Kusari first:rolleyes:Oh, did I mention that Liberty could try to ease the situation?
P.S: "Do as we command!" is not easing a situation.

' Wrote:It is logical that when a House is in a war with another House you will forbid the transportation of goods from your territory to the other hostile House.
But what happens if you embargo another House? Especially when you are in a 5year tough war and the occupied territories have been extended? Of course I am refering to Kusari.
Embargo is considered a political tool to put pressure on another country, but does Kusari really have the luxury to embargo so many accomodities?
When you embargo some high-demand accomodities you deliberately decrease your profits, your production and of course a black market is created. So Kusari recently embargoed the export of H-fuel, Plutonium and Engine Components to Liberty. These 3 goods are essential as you may assume and if we remember that Liberty's economy is the largest in Sirius (I exclude Gallia), the profits that Kusari daily loses are huge. Needless to say that this embargo actually freezed the transportation of many other goods.
So my question is: Is Kusari able to freeze the export of 3 basic and high demanded goods to the largest economy of Sirius while it's still in a tough war?
grammar mistake fixed. I think you are right on this point. But still Kusari is a nation of its own, and you know they can always mass taxe people with their ''lawful pirates'' aka hogoshan.
