Remove the Essex due to redeployment orders ahead of time in lore.

Where will the miners go? Either into the fields and RP WITH pirates, or leave for greener pastures, throttling power-norp-miners while sort of bleeding away PvP oriented groups looking to kill the pirates and miners.
