' Wrote:The issue with Kusari lawful side is not their lack of opponent, it's their refusal to fight their main opponent - The Dragons. Back when they still had Leeds to raid, that was where they got most of their activity from, and now that they can't do it anymore, they're simply dying off. I can actually count decent members of the lawful side who are not refusing to fight the dragons on one hand. That's the issue, not "lack of stuff to shoot".
Can you explain this to me? I'm not aware of this ... relationship ... or how it came to exist

Kusari factions have been destroyed by your storyline and now you want to give artificial respiration and move Liberty and Gallic fractions there
Another bad move
The war with Bretonia was removed, we have nothing to do. Q_Q
Active hostiles were moved into Kusari, you're killing Kusari. Q_Q
Seriously, this has a dual benefit. It gives bot the Brigands and KNF/KSP a healthy session of CPR, letting them get into fights and generally leech activity from each other. It's a symbiotic relationship of violent nutrition.
That said, good luck finding traders. Most folks haven't found the awesome routes that go through the Blue Lagoon yet. Stop complaining and go kill some Liberty Brigands and Les Rogues.

Well, there's four main unlawful/quasi lawful factions in Kusari. Hogsha and FA used to be untouchable, and for the most part still are, FA excepting. This means they're not really fair game for the KNF to get their pew on with. That leaves the Dragons and GC.
The GC have never really been around in a big way, and have generally verged on the cusp of being disbanded for inactivity. That left the Dragons, who have actually been fairly active for a few periods of time. Now, here's the kicker:
Some people claim the Katana is OP - I wouldn't know seeing as I've never flown or fought one - and don't like fighting them because of it. The BD faction also had some people who were fairly good at PvP in it, meaning they won a lot of group fights against the KNF. So the KNF stopped fighting them. And the Dragons aren't pirates, so they rely on the KNF. So we have a problem, because the KNF aren't doing anything at home, and the Dragons can't fight the KNF.
Interesting! This will be great considering that the LR and OC have already been coordinating smuggling runs through Kusari. The turn of events will allow for more advancement in our relations. Thanks Del:)
I thought both KNF and KSP were both no longer Official factions from lack of activity.
Anyhoo. I have made 2 new chars in Kusari to help out, and may even bring my Rogue bomber up now.
Nice idea Rev. Was much needed.
KNF status is only suspended, this is in effect the same as not being official except they don't need to re-apply to get back to being official. All they need is five members.
Saint Del is considered a holy healer of diseases of children, but also as a protector of cattle.
Samura could also reach out to the Corsairs, and encourage them to start raiding into Kusari as well.
Everything that makes the current government seem unable to prevent crime plays into Samura's hands. It lets them say "things were never this bad when the Emperor was in charge!"
I would also urge the Kusari Government to allow Bounty Hunters to also operate in New Tokyo, to help draw out the Dragons and AFA and provide backup whilst KNF numbers are low.
Well, I must say, this certainly colored the sky over New Tokyo a shade of red this evening. The turrets on Roppongi have never had to work this hard. On my little indy KSP I counted 4 LR gunboats, one Hacker gunboat and a LR bomber. Later joined by 2 blood dragons (although that didn't mix well).
Got a nice screeny of Roppongi lighting up on all sides out of it (sun).
