They have indeed been good to me as well Casero:)and I dont mind being pirated in the slightest, makes for good fun. I just think the price was a tad over what it should be.

You can't blame the Hessians for trying to ruin Daumann. I, on the other hand found the fact that I will likely loose my cargo very thrilling when in DHC. Bipolar relations such as this make encounters more exciting since you know are not dealing with an ordinary pirate but a true enemy. Pay pirates and run for life/kill your foes.
I hardly call it thrilling when we have people log just to force us to dump cargo and have us leave the system.
We don't mind the fines and the occasional death if it gets out of hand, but every time we attempted to mine RHA forced us to dump cargo and leave or attempted to kill us/killed us.
Do you honestly think we would sit there and take it when we are getting threats aswell?
Skype message has been redacted. It was put in to show an example of the OORP hate between the factions, but ended up looking like a trial via forums and derailed the point of the message entirely.

kay......no. I have absolutely no problem with. Thing is, they do stuff (both RM and DHC demanded me to drop cargo and gtfo), yet they go complain to others for the same thing. Hypocrisy much?

Search through the forums, you will find some nice mercenary companies, or even your own security division, that you can hire as escorts. If you dont know what the term escorting means, look it up in the dictionary. And if you think that sundiving like a little sissy will help you escape piracy, you are very wrong. We have good memory.
Anne, since you are the only one who brought up some constructive feedback, I will address it. Omega 11 is dangerous territory. Not just because of pirates lurking on every corner, but because of the radiation in the fields themselves. It is often the case that the miners in the fields just want to have a chit-chat with the Hessians, in an attempt to stall long enough for the radiation to kill our fighters. If we deem this to be the case, you will be treated with no remorse.
Fields deplete now, and we can not have you mining in, what we deem to be our fields. That is why you are always asked to leave the mining site. It can often be the case, that we will just ask you to mine for us, instead of yourself. Now, from what I see on your screenshots, there was quite a bit of conversation between the DHC and the RHA present at the scene. Perhaps, as you claim, demanding all of the cargo could have been too harsh, but this depends on the situation, and I can not comment on the situational circumstances since I was not there.
Now, we talked about this on skype already. Having long chit-chats that can persuade us to not take all of your cargo in Omega 11 is a problem, because of the radiation. You mentioned trust, yes, that can happen. I can say personally, that when I meet you (or your members) in the fields, I will stay 3k away from the radiation and attempt to pirate them. But Im warning you, if they abuse my trust and run away in that time, the next time I meet them not even escorts will save them.
Now, I cant dictate anyone else what they will demand from your miners, since that is not my place, or anyone elses place for that matter. It is perfectly within RP that Hessians want DHC miners out of the Omega 11 fields. Of course, since you are feeling they were too harsh, we will discuss about being a bit lighter on them.

I dunno what to tell you. This isn't just piracy for profit that is actually happening here, it's actual war against Daumann. If you have any other ideas how to make the Hessian hate for Daumann well seen in RP without us doing the logical thing (which is draining you dry and invalidating your operations), give me them and we will see about changing our behaviour if they are good.
The problem is not OORP, it is that you are Daumann and we are Hessians and the directive is not to just pirate for money, it is to remove Daumann from Omega-11 completely. "You either join us or you are removed", that's the RP. Hence the lack of remorse.

If you get killed in a fight, you can't mine anymore for the next 4 hours. However, if you drop all your cargo and run for your life, you'll be able to come back after the pirates have logged and continue to mine.

Indeed, the pictures speak louder than words. But all I see in those pictures you've provided, is a hegemon solo-mining and expecting to be threated nicely by pirates.
In every single screen you provided (bar the first two), you're the only Daumann in scanner range, and rest (NPCs and Players alike) are Hessian... Now, who's fault is it if you get pirated over and over?

Now Anne, nitpicking on your wordings aside, your whole post just looks like a "Q_Q I got pirated so it means pirates are lame, while I don't even look at what I've done myself..! Q_Q" type of post, spiced up with "If u keep pirating us we wont come mine in omegas & ur activity dies! Q_Q" threats... Which is rather pointless, I have to point out. We can shoot the same people on their [RM], so what's the difference if they come and mine on their DHC- in Omegas or just PvP in their Guard system on their Wraths? You're not bringing any more activity to Rheinland with throwing the same players in 4 different Rheinland faction. More activity would be when the whole [RM] and the whole DHC- can get on at the same time. Not "Either the whole [RM] or the whole DHC- can get on at the same time"... See my point?
Now let's not go off-topic: You were mining alone. You got attacked by the same pirate. You didn't even bother to run... And you barge into the feedback thread when you lose your cargo? I usually don't like it when people throw in "hire escorts!"-type of suggestions into discussions like this. But you're a mining Faction, what's the difference between you and a daumann indie if both of you are going to mine alone and then Q_Q on PM, Skype & Forums when you get pirated?
Now, as you're pretty new in the region, let me explain a point that you're missing: RHA has a mining operation in o-11, which pretty much means we mine in same fields that you mine... And let me remind you of the new field depletion system - More you mine, less we can. So, from an InRp point of view of Hessian perspective, it pretty much means you are stealing our ore, not the other way around. So a Hessian has every right to ask you to drop all your cargo and even charge you some credits for trespassing Hessian territory if they catch you 5k from their guard sys JH, mining their ore.
What can you do in return..? Instead of going Wannabe-PvPwhore-style on your Mafics, and using full Firekiss+SN/MR... Act like how a decent escort would. Equip it with a CD, and when a hostile comes in scanner range, the escort can move out and keep them CDed while the Hegemon cruises away in the opposite direction. Me and a friend used to mine like this in Dublin, and trust me... o-11 is Nothing compared to Dublin. You know how many times I got pirated during the 4 months I mined there? None.
Now you got pirated 3 times in the same day... Maybe it's not the pirate you have to blame!
