I have also seen some of your members treat their dreads like fighters. No Crew commodity, nor anyone RP'ing that they have a crew at all. I think i was barbarossa himself who said he was using robots..

Simple question: what do you want from us?
Well, exactly yesterday, our bomber were fighting BH BS in Alpha and tau 37 system. Also, I sayed that Im not forcing teammates take bomber and fly in safe time. I can demand them take small ship, or disengage on BS in battle. When there is no battle, they are free to fly everything they want. Just stay in our interests terretory- Tau 37, Our space, Omi Theta, Gamma. If you have such "usual" goal in game like waching for our mistakes, make a screen evidence, send it via PM to me, Im gona take action.

Here Im gona write some changes about us, like new informations, mesages to members, nothing more.

Criticism is the key to improving... it's a shame that you lot seem to have adopted the most common way of taking criticism in disco, namely viewing it as negativity for the sake of negativity. Next thing you'll spurt inane lines about the one giving you criticism dying to you and his most valid feedback being a reflection of his "butthurt" of that fact. Yeah, steer clear of that and you'll be a-okay.

Today I wouldlike to remind teretorry of our interests. This will be usefull not only for 212th but even for every MNS or differently marked Outcast ship's captain.
So lets begin.
Tau 37- System between our home system and other sirius from one side, borderline. There is 2 bases- Freeport, which belongs to Zoners, and Falcland, belongs to IMG. Part of massive fights alsoo took place in this system. Mostly with IMG and CR ships, and BH, including their capitals.
We can and should use capital ships, even BS type wessels there, system has large open space area, and few small asteroid fields, with small-medium objects concentration, so they may cause some difficultnes in maneuve for large ships, but not so heavy. Sending capital vessel in this system alone for patrol- make shure, that your fighter and bomber wing are waiting you orders in Alpha near JH to tau 37. Long time patroling in this system not recomanding.
Situations with bases.
As you may know, there is NFZ near every freeport, dont initiate any fights there, open fire in case of selfdefence, and offcourse, make a picture of NFZ violator. I strongly demand you: do not open fire first, provoke fight.
Falkland base is place, where our enemy hiding after they understood, that they can't win.
They have enought power to brake down your sheilds, like allmost every base, but cant make significant damages to mostly ships' hull. However, few mortar shots, from long distance, can be made, wile patroling.
Tau 23- This system, when our interests crossings with IMG's interests directly. There is huge asteroid field in the center of the system. All JH and bases situated in this field. Lots of lives been lost here from both side, and lots of ships were turned into scrap. Due to hight concentration of asteroids, large capital ship mowing here very difficult. How you may know, IMG and CR has battlecruiser type vessels in this system, which are tinier than our BS and can fly in asteroids much more effective, althought they dont have thuster. Sometimes, BH BC "Bullhead", wich has bullhead and considered segnificant threat to BS in tau 23. BS type vessels should has escort type 3+3+1 in minimal (3 fighters+3 bombers+1 capial)
Every 212th BS type vessel not allowed enter in tau 23 without minimal escort formation.
In case of large fight with fighters and bombers, BS type vessels may enter into system, if enemy capital ships havent took positions to fire our capita ships entering in system.
In our home systems capital ships can fly freelly, just dont stay to clouse to planet Malta, to avoid gravitation field affect on your ship and to avoi collusion with launching ships.
A bit difrent situation in Omicron Beta. How you know, this system situated in a nebula with asteroid field.
We are not recomanding to use large BS type vessels in this system. Also, caution for fighters and bombers- there is strong radiation in this system. Repairs after patroling Omicron Beta may be nessesary.
Omicron Theta
Very intresting system. 2 Zoners bases situated here, and lots of JH to many systems including our main goal- Omicron Gamma.
Freeport 9 may be used like emergency base for repairs after raid. DO NOT show any violance, threat to zoners here, they got harmed by corsairs some time ago. We cannot make same.
Capital ships should not enter this system if there not such needs. If you can avoid entering system, try not to stay there for long time. Sairs may come to have fun with you.
There 2 asteroid fields, which we need to cross. First one, we can just fly around, because JH to Eta system situated on the edge on nebula with asteroids. Second one- where JH to gamma located.
Omicron Gamma.
The home of the enemy.
Home system of our former brothers, now the bloody enemy. Lone caapital ship in this system considered doomed, if being spoted. Althought, there is large asteroid nebula, there is lots of space, where to fight on capita ships. Heading in gamma for open fight without groupe- suicide. As you know, raids in gamma- mostly large combat situation, where anti bomber role may take capital ship with solaris turets.
Here is mentioned exact military interests, where naval ships should taking part. I want no one naval ship flying in difrent space. Im not talking about other activities, like pirating, hunting lone military convojs and easy targets, where can be used ships not bigger than gunship. However, using cruiser- considered military operation, and should be made in system of our interests. Exception from everything told here-Special missions, which execution granted by HC.

As you all should know, capital ship's performance depends also of its crew. Well trainde crew, which working like one team- one of the key point in ship's high performance and whole company succes.
Here is given some notes with your ship's crew.
Gunship
Minimal crew number- 3. (without captain)
1-pilot
2-enginer
3-weapon expert.
Our gunship looks like very large fighter, with only one place, where you can see space- main bridge, where captain and pilot located. Enginer and weapo specialists siting in "cloused" chambers with lots of grades and monitors. Having more than 3 crew members- may cause ships inside redesing.
Destroyer
Minimal crew number- 27. (without captain)
Nessesary crew duty- 2-3 main pilots and 2-3 crew members helping them, by reciving datas from ships sections.
1-2 main enginer and support/maintence personal (about 8 members ) Including communication systems.
2 weapons experts and 2 asistents.
2 life support system managers and 1 asistant
1 engine expert and assistant
1 energy core manager and asistant
Additional personal
Battleship/Dreadnought
Minimal crew number- 55. (without captain)
Nessesary crew duty- 5 main pilots and 5 assisting members
4 main engeners and support/maintence personal (about 10 members ) Including communication systems.
4 weapons experts with 3 asistants
3 energy core managers and maintence personal (about 6 members) Not connected with main engenering.
4 life support system managers and 4 asistants
1 hangar manager and maintence personal (about 3 members)
Additional personal
Every ship's crew shoul be traned and be in thought with any changes in technology and ship's construction.

Today I would like to add some changes in our ships weaponry. From this day, every BS type ship should be equiped with 2 Pulse cannons. This changes are nessesary due to one of the last fights.
Also, I would like to thank [212th]MNS-Anarchy and [212th]MNS-Burakreis captains for listeding and obey my orders and strategy plans. Thank you senori.

Well, I tryed to play fair, and its allmost worked. Failed, because other caps ignored my strategy and runned on enemies in clouse fight, so we were outnumbered, defeat was mostly obvious.
