And if you had any idea of what the word "balance" means you would know that the available equipment attached to the ship in question is as much important as the stats of said ship itself. Fortunately for us, you are not part of the balance team.

I'm fully on topic. If you want me to clarify my previous post I mean that the reason the Sabre is overpowered is not only due to the stats it posses itself, but also due to the combination of Kraken/Inferno guns. You said that this "OP" issue could be solved with denying the ship to other Factions besides your own, and I said that it won't change the fact that it is overpowered, because the ship is in its highest potential with Outcast technology.

Now do you want to try again and victimize yourself in hopes of derailing the argument?

Oh, and ye Tony. Inferno titan. It's collecting dust now, but I'll take it out someday soon to kill a random roaming gunboat while on my own. Should be fun enough to see the Q_Q parts in "//" later for whatever reasons. The titan with inferno is srsly overpowered in some instances and it's the main reason why I like to fly it.

You are talking like the Kraken re-adjustment will result in a gun that it is comparable to a Flashpoint. You are only exaggerating this supposed nerf or you have wrapped your mind too much around rumours. What will happen is that it won't have such a high damage for its high speed, (700 ms).

Good pilots know that the speed of a gun is more important than the damage of it. This is why Top Pilots prefer 650 ms 2.0 codies over 600 ms. Well, almost always unless they go for a shotgun loadout. A damage nerf to the Kraken, even if it's high won't change the fact that it has 700 ms speed with an extra damage to graviton shield. Both of which are very strong attributes for a 4.0 gun.

I'm not denying every word you've said. Sabre with krakens and infernos are freaking deadly expecialy in group. You can nearly fight everything with 4 of them. From light fighters up to dreads and still win without a miracle taking place.

Just saying that outcasts get's here involved. Krakens are getting nerfed. Plus ship might get nerfed. This multiplies the risk for having total crap as your tech. While others (merc and such) won't feel sagnificant diffrence.

And nah.. rumours? I just saw Igor in some thread stating that sabre is op. And that made me think that such thread should be pretty fun.
