That is correct, that upon completion of the different elements of study our Institute is undertaking, the findings will become readily available to the citizens of the Houses that have granted us help in which ever way.

We are currently seeking clearances with the Kusari Authorities now, and aim to even establish an office in Kusari if things look up. We would be more than happy to share our finished findings with you a week prior to being made public.

How many are being requested: 2-5 or how many you are willing to give.

What reasons do you have for the request: To provide our research and development teams a vessel that is both equipped for research and exploration and able to defend itself in harsh and hostile enviroments.

Why do you not use other ships to fulfil that same task: Neither Liberty Navy or Liberty civilian Corporations have a vessel designed for specifically for research and exploration that is able to protect itself.

Why should you be trusted/What have you done to earn our trust: Honestly, we have only recently been restructured into a Research and Development wing so we do not have a large reputation. However, there is no ill will between Liberty and Kusari and we are willing to share most of our research with you excluding those concerning expiremental weaponry. Plus we will promise not to fly any Kusari Explorers in Rhienland controlled space to prvent any sort of tensions between Kusaria and Rhienland.

Do you agree that should you misuse this vessel that it's self destruct will be remotely initiated resulting in the ship's destruction: Yes.
