one question... doz liberty rogues obey LN admiral when he start to order them something?
because i was close to one situation today when he order something, and LR was like puppies, start to "bark" sorry -shoot...
' Wrote:Was looking at the tech permissions given away by the OCs...and there are none given to Rogues, odd enough. But I remember seeing someone use an Inferno. Now, it might just be a bureaucratic error, as in someone forgot to write it down, but I just wanted to double check. On the other hand, it could also be my epic fail and i missed the part completely...not like it would be the first time:smile2:
Well, I didn't mean it wasn't roleplaid. I meant that the tech thread wasn't updated. Technically, that makes you sanctionable. It's unbelievably stupid, and it would be absolutely idiotic if someone filled a report, but there seem to be some grudges... :P

It's a Liberty Rogue creed to do what it takes to survive to pirate again another day. Usually we run away when we have the chance to, what's the point in fighting if there's a possibility you can lose, but a certainty you can escape? There's no profit in fighting. If some Rogues were in a situation where obeying a LN Admiral was the best way to survive, then that's what they'd do. Or it's possibile that whatever the Admiral ordered happened to coincide with something they already planned to do.

I figured this much. I posted more inquiring about the statement by another player claiming they weened themselves off it, but as you made clear some people are spreading information that isn't accurate.

Del's Rogues also had corrupted the Liberty Navy high command at one point, on a relative note. I think this relationship between the LN/Rogues has ended since then, though.

Was fun RP right there...you sit and RP with a couple of LSF and then some trader pops out the JH and you go all OH NOZ I HAVE BEEN CORNERED! And the LSF are like OH WE SHALL SHOOT YOU, CIVILIAN GET OUT OF HERE TO SAFETEH! Then he leaves and we all go all COUGH and renew the diplomatics.
However, I fail to understand why the Liberty Rogues should participate in the big fleet battles in the Texas system.

The LN - RM war keeps the big ships away from us, and gives everyone else something to shoot at. We like to stir things up between them every now and then, just so that they don't think about ending their war.

I am not referring in harassing the LN/RM fleets or attacking areas which is less escorted because of the war. I am referring in the active participation of the LR- in the big fleet battles between RM and LN in Texas where numerous heavy capital ships take part.
As a Liberty Rogues, we are part of the Liberty itself. So when Liberty comes under the attack, we are naturaly defending it. Also, there is a lot of Rogues who hates Rheinland. The fact, that we are pirating, doesnt mean that we are not proud Libertonians.
